      I went into the store for a ******* cell phone screen repair. The rep in the Arlington TX location told me ******* had a promotion for a $99 repair. She was very nice and helped me completed the appointment request on the ******* promotional webpage......here's where it TANKS!
      She then explained to me that the store ******* equipment was down so they could NOT DO ******* phone repairs. She booked in on Tuesday (this was a Sunday). On Tuesday I called, and they still had no had the equipment fixed and they advised me to call into the ******* promotional department to move the appointment to another location. I called and had ******* move it to the Mansfield TX location. I then went to the Mansfield location, and they did not have the part. They ordered the part and scheduled me to come back on Saturday the 24th. The manager Edmund called me on the 24th to confirm the appointment, I said yes I was good to go but do you have the part? He checked and he DID NOT have the part. SO he moved my appointment again to Tuesday as he stated the part was coming in Tuesday morning. I told him all that had gone on and he said the promotion was ending but he would honor it on Tuesday. We scheduled my for noon on the 27th. I went in at NOON on the 27th and Edmund opened up my ticket and stated that the promotion was no longer ON MY TICKET, and he could do nothing, that ******* has to fix it. He sat and watched me sit in his store for over 2 hours on the phone with ******* as they transferred me from department to department and could not fix this as it is an online promotion and it auto cancelled in their system the day the promo ended.
      I as the customer followed EVERY instruction but due to the dealers that ******* sent me to not having a working system and then not having the parts I lost this promotion by one day, even with an appointment.
      I asked Edmund to call his regional or give me his number and he refused.

      I enrolled in Asurion Home+ in March 2022, after visiting a U Break I Fix store for a cell phone. In June 2022, I attempted to file a claim on a laptop with a cracked screen that had been dropped. The instore employees said I had to fill out a claim online. I completed that confusing process on June 15. Asurion did not send packing materials for me to send my laptop out for repair until July 1 and only after I twice called customer service to follow up. Because I live in a rural area, I could not get to a *** drop off until July 9. I did not receive my laptop back until sometime after July 25. Upon receipt, the screen was fixed, but the laptop keyboard was unresponsive. Frustrated with their phone service, I returned to a different Asurion store on August 8th. At first, the employees thought the keyboard had been inadvertently turned off during repair. After attempting to use the touch screen to fix this problem, they informed me it would need a new keyboard. Two keyboards later and two weeks later, the laptop was still not fixed. I was told instore that a claim for replacement had been filed for me and I would hear from Asurion in 2-3 days. I did not. I have been calling and following up each week since then. It is now September 25 and I still have a broken laptop with Asurion saying that I will receive contact from them in 2-3 business days. Meanwhile, the monthly fee for enrollment in Home+ has continued to be withdrawn from my account. I have paid for six months of coverage and a repair fee for nothing. This is a scam. As of this summer, I realized that most cell phone companies now carry their repairs through Asurion, just like my laptop company, **. Warning to all that enroll, it is a scam. This company has done nothing but give me a "run-around" and avoided providing the services listed in the Home+ contract.

      UBUYITIFIXIT Store was amazingly awesome!! I was so lost without my phone and need it to sign into work. He explained what they could do and showed me and fixed it in about an hour!! I appreciate them so much!! I highly recommend them!!

      Wish I could leave a zero star review. First I start claim about my galaxy and my daughters iphone my phone has to be mailed hers they will come to my address.I set appointment for daughters phone and send mine back.Her first appointment they dont show up 2 hrs after they was supposed to be there I get voicemail that tech isn't going to make it....And told I need to call so I do guy I talk to knows nothing asks for pin which I give tells me its wrong I tell him I can get on site with that same pin he says well if u can go ahead and make new appp.i do 2nd app.for her no show again but this time no call no nothing so I call speak to lady that actually helps and gets ot set up for next day. Which they finally show.now for galaxy o mail it in .and today I got it back Sept 16.with note that says one of 3 things is y they couldn't repair.so I call again guy tells me I need to have replacement so I say I need to replace it if find my phone was on come on tells me he has no way of finding out y it wasnt fixed I get little upset and be blunt and he says hold on just sec I'll see what I can do about 4 min go by he gets back on phone and says there computer shows it was a on site fix not mail in I explain that it was not and its hold on min again he comes back with they couldn't fix it because the back is cracked which it isn't the rear camera is but there not connected at&t is gonna lose alot of business due to these people.im calling today to see about changing insurance companies

      April 7- 1207pm Dropped off my laptop with a cracked screen to get the screen fixed. Laptop was purchased new in December and was used several times before the screen got cracked.
      April 22- Called twice and got a busy signal after about 3 mins on hold. Checked online and it said the parts were being ordered.
      May 19- June 12 Checked online and it still said the parts were being ordered.
      June 12- Checked online and it still said the parts were being ordered.
      August 22- 1240pm visited the store for an update since I hadn't heard anything. Spoke with store manager Belinda. They cant find my laptop and believe it was sent to be recycled. Belinda said they had no information about the computer like specs, serial number, etc.
      533pm- Belinda called and said they did have specs because the person who checked in the laptop left an ****** link to the screen that was supposed to be ordered. Said she would call me tomorrow with an update. I wanted to confirm that they were ordering the correct computer, that it was going to be new and not refurbished, and when it would arrive. She assured me she would call me the following day.
      August 23- called several times and got a busy signal after being on hold for about 3 minutes.
      Calls made at: 414pm, 416pm, 420pm, 543pm
      August 24- 1115am visited the store spoke with Belinda, she went to the back and made a phone call asking if the laptop had been ordered. I could hear her in the back on the phone say, "I see two items were ordered, an iPad and was the other item a computer? Oh, only the iPad was ordered..."
      She then lied and told me it was ordered and would arrive this week. She said she would call me everyday with updates so I didnt have to keep coming to the store.
      August 30- 1127am visited the store and spoke with Belinda in the store. Inquired why nobody called me last week. She blamed the store lead for not calling me. She said computer was ordered will be here Thursday evening for Friday pickup.

      I have been dealing with fraudulent "easy repair or replace" claim since July 2022. I have sent a surround sound speaker system back 4times, two of which they say they couldn't find anything wrong and it still does not work. Same problem, no sound. I cannot believe they have no resolve. The ridiculous amount of time I have spent at the *** store on the phone with asurion because there has been a problem NO LESS THAN 34min EACH time! Once 48min and I couldn't leave as they needed to talk to ***. Each time I send this back for repair/replacement it takes appx 2 weeks and still taking put $24.99 monthly. I've been told twice I could cancel but I don't trust them to not find a loop hole for me not paying. I have laughed at them when I get a new representative and the first thing they try to sell is an appliance warranty. No, if I'm am dealing with a unresolved speaker for 2months, how long do you think I can go without a refrigerator? All I can do is hold out for 5th time to send back. They are paying for it at $30+ but are getting my monthly payment so they aren't out much yet. Never NEVER again will I purchase without looking at a review and bbb check which they are not accredited. Sad thing is the local fix it shop couldn't even take it in for repair. I had to send it to NY. Local shop isnt even a part of them, they are similar to a third party. Not a total lie but they sure can sugarcoat it and deceitful advertisements. Call it whatever but it's fraud.

      I opened an account with this company to insure all my electronics devices in my house. Paying them for 12 months straight before I claim for anything. I had 2 tables with screen cracked and filled those claim 2 weeks ago, almost call or email them on daily basis about my claim status, they were never approved or got resolved. I had enough and have decided to close my account with this scam company for good. Please don't open an account with Asurion. They are not real. Strongly don't recommend them.

      I have to send my tablet for repair after they received never called me or sent an email for status of my claim after 3 months I called them and they don't know want happened with my tablet. they keepen random me from department to department and nobody can be able to resolve this matter. I want to advise everyone not to do any business with this company Asurion home protection services Because they are scamers Offered by you cellular telephone company and deducting months after months a payment from your bank withing the long term we will over paid the electric items we sent out for repairs And BBB should have to investigate and take action so this company stops ripping off customers Because it's easy for them to make money stealing It's not fear this situation continues...

      The customer service is absolutely ******, they replaced my screen only to have it function improperly (the camera no longer worked and random colors moved across the screen), then promised to fix it, but didnÂ’t.

      talking with a representative, I was told they would call me in a week. Took me two hours on the phone with ***** to find my ipad which was sitting on some random ***** store with just my name. They didn't even have a return address. The ***** representative says "this happens all the time with that company" also looking at other reviews this happens a lot except for most the ipad is damaged or missing. Asurion wasted my time and money and I still have a broken ipad. Now I have to spend more time on the phone trying to get $99 refund and $50 monthly refund for this fraudulent service. It's fraud plain and simple if this "happens all the time"
