      I needed my laptop trackpad and keyboard fixed, and despite multiple assurances over the course of several weeks that they would fix it before by my upcoming trip, they failed to do so. I came to them several weeks before a trip to request my laptop be fixed, and they said they needed to order replacement parts but would call me when the parts came in. However, they never called me. I had to call them to find out the parts had already come in, now only a few days before my trip, and despite this, they said they would still be able to fix it before my trip. However, the day before my trip, they said they couldn't fix it. If they had simply called me like they said they would when the parts came in, then my laptop likely would have been fixed in time. If they had started working on it when I dropped it off, then perhaps it would be fixed. They made specific promises that they never lived up to, and now I have to travel with a broken laptop. Incredibly, I opened up my laptop after taking it back from them to find they had googled how to fix my laptop on my laptop, meaning they really had no clue what they were doing. If you need something fixed in a certain time frame, even if you give them several weeks notice and they assure you they will fix it in that time frame, they may not follow through at all.

      They committed to providing me phone services. They said they would back up my iCloud information from my phone, since it was glitching and turning off randomly. They had me go back 3 different times that same day. I was told the first time that they would fix the issue and back up my iPhone for a fee of $25. I went in to pick it up and by the time I got home, my IPhone was already messing up. They told me to go back in and they could take a look at it, but assured me that it was backed up at least. I went back in and they said that they would just order me a new phone, and they informed me to leave my phone with them again, but I would have to pick it up in an hour. I went back after an hour passed and they told me that they were not able to order me a new phone after all and gave me back my phone. I asked once again, if my iPhone was backed up, since I signed into my ICloud, and it wasn’t showing that it was. I was told that it was and they gave me a phone number to call to order the phone myself.
      I called the next day to tell them that the backup was not showing up on my iCloud, even though I paid the $25 to get it done and was assured multiple times that it was. He then informed me that I could go back today (01/05/20222), in order to look into it, and even acted surprised that it was still not done. I was also told that it would most likely take a lot longer since he was short staffed. I did not have the time to be going back and forth and wasting my gas to do that though. I was a complete waste of my time and money.

      Horrible service provided by Eric. Dropped my laptop of on December 19th, 2022 with him and he informed me it would be ready within a day or 2. Since I hadn't heard anything back from him by December 21st, 2022, I stopped back in. Eric was extremely rude during this visit, told me my laptop was not ready yet and could not explain the status or expected completion date. Ultimately, he slammed my laptop down on the front counter and told me if I didn't like his response to leave and go to another store. Absolutely the worst service I can remember experiencing before. Good thing there's other Asurion Phone & Tech Repair stores in the area. Otherwise, the service he convinced me to sign up for would be useless.

      Have never had such horrible service in my life. We dropped off a working iPad with a cracked screen. When we received the "repair" the home button was not attached and was floating under the screen. We dropped it off again and when it was returned for the second time, the new screen was no longer fully attached, the home button wasn't fixed and the iPad no longer works. They refuse to refund my money - I had to file a complaint with my CC company. BEWARE - THEY ARE A FRAUD.

      Asurion has forever lost my trust how the bbb has given them an A plus rating is beyond me since all of there reviews on here are appalling and un-handled.
      I used there home protect program for the first time after paying for it for a year and a half and the very first claim i had was denied. They labeled it as a bio Hazzard because the quote (found bug droppings), they then told me that on top of my monthly payment and deductible I would have to pay a professional company like Ubreak I fix to clean it and then send them them reciept, ps they own ubreak I fix. So clearly these people are scam artist waiting to take your money anyway they can without providing the coverage they claim to have.

      My phone screen broke in December 2021, I went for a repair to one of the stores, they swapped the screen, however the fingerprint sensor stopped working. I went to the store, they said it was a software issue, "repaired" it, it worked for a week, then broke again. I returned to the store again, they "fixed" it again, it worked for 24 hours, then stopped working again. This went on for several months. I had to go on vacation, left with the issue still not repaired. I have the email chain as proof. I came back home to find out that the store was no longer part of Ubreakifix. I contacted the customer service manager who still worked there, he told me to reach out to another store as they would honor my warranty.
      Contacted the other store, they refused to fix the problem stating that the repair was "too far away and no longer guaranteed".
      Summary: They broke my phone during a repair and kept pushing the problem out until it wasn't under warranty anymore.

      Went to UBreakIFix for a new screen on my cell phone. Had to go to the Akron location because it was the only one who supposedly had the screen. Traveled over an hour from our home. Checked in with tech who said it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. Came back and tech said he could not fix my phone because the replacement screen he tried had 3 pixels on the side.
      Handed my phone back to me with the top right of screen severely cracked into the corner and very sharp to the touch He put a screen saver on it. I said, "what am I supposed to do with the top of this phone? "
      The tech then got clear tape and placed it from the top front of my phone onto the back. I said"how am I supposed to use the camera?"
      I took a picture of my phone prior to repair. Good thing I did. Was not expecting more damage to my phone after going for a repair.
      Took 5 hours out of my life that I will never get back. Called Asurion multiple times. They could not help me because the repair was not closed in the system. Really?
      Was told to call back today so I did. Was supposed to be an easy call. Nope! Another 2 and 1/2 hours lost from my life again today.

      You pay for insurance on everything. Then when you need to use it the insurance thinks of every reason to make your life a living ****. Very bad business. This is the first claim I've personally had on my phone. I have had a cell phone for 14 years.

      SAD, BAD customer service. Tired of EXCUSES and NO Accountability!!

      Absolute WORST company I have ever worked with. Complete delays and lies, blank promises of repair or refund for the warranty coverage i PAID for, then just to have the case closed stating it is not covered after nearly two months of inconveniences and blank promises. Why is this company sitill in business?? We purchased a TV about a year and a half ago, It was expensive and 82". When we bought some new hardware and connected it, all of a sudden, the screen had numerous lines in it and would not display a picture. I originally reported the issue with reassurance this would be fixed in a timely manner. After 6 chat sessions, 3 escalated calls to a manger, I was promised and told, you will hear from us in 2 days, NEVER happened. I was promised it was getting escalated and a repair company would call me. This NEVER happened until I insisted I was not getting off the call until I was provided the info for an appointment. Then, the appointment was booked with ********** to NO avail. It was two weeks out to last Friday, They told me *** should have called, I finally called myself and *** told me Asurion is supposed to make the appointment. After 5 weeks of nothing, I stayed home all day to make sure I was here. Then, no calls, again I go online to chat and now I am told the case is closed and not covered. What a terrible experience. I am consider taking this complaint to the next level and cannot believe they are able to continue to sell policies they are unable to make right when there is a claim. BUYER BE AWARE!!!

      I have called this number numerous times and get the same response. I was promised a credit and it did not happen. Literally, no support was offered and I paid for a service we did not receive. Why don't you contact me to try to resolve? As a consumer, I would never purchase your service again!

      I wish I could give you a zero! I am so tired of dealing with Asurion to just get a phone that actually works! They still hasn't sent me a working phone and it been 8 days. They even sent me a phone that had been reported lost or stolen then tried to say I was the one that reported it lost or stolen! They even put a lock on my line so I can not use my number if I had a working phone!! The phone i am using is a phone they mailed me but I can't talk on it! I have had this instance for at least 10 years and have paid my deductible and no working phone to talk on! I've paid plenty!

      Terrible experience. Brought a table to the Springfield location, held it for two weeks before telling me they could do nothing with it. Found a reputable company, it was fixed within days. Don't recommend them. They just have a cool name, otherwise horrible service.
