      Bottom line is NEVER use this company or any other like it. They prey on the working class poor and loans can never really be paid off. Very poor judgment on my part to ever use this kind of high interest loan company. I just want to warn anyone who feels the need to use them, DON'T. You will fully regret it. These type of loan companies should be illegal. My mother tried to warn me, but I was desperate and then life happens. You get a loan for 300$ and then eventually owe 6000$.

      Don’t know about the loans but don’t ever get the free money order from them if it’s stolen you have to pay a fee and then if someone cashed it illegally you will not get your money back

      I took out a $2,400 loan over a year ago to help me pay off some of my bills and catch up on them. I have paid back well over $2500 or more than that. By now I pay about $500 a month and I am on Social Security disability, I cannot get out from under this loan it is causing me so much stress and heartache. It is making me so sick to my stomach daily and monthly, I have a little boy that I have to take care of and all I was trying to do was catch up on my bills. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I feel I will never ever have those paid off because only a little bit goes to the principal and every day and grows interest and by the end of the month when it comes time for me to pay it again it’s back up to about the $2400 that I borrowed. It seems like I will never ever ever pay it off. It just doesn’t seem right it should not be legal and I’m on Social Security disability. I’m just so sick over this.

      They are a terrible company. I was not informed of the amount owed after the loan. I have paid more than double the loan amount already. They continue to harass and threaten me with lawsuits

      This company legally preys on the poor, predatory lending at its finest. I had a loan with them and fell behind to the point I knew I couldn’t catch up, I tried calling to work out a plan, they even advertised that due to Covid they were working with there customers, which ultimately ended up
      Being a load of crap, they don’t work with you they won’t work with you so I gave up and now I’m being taking to court. And they never attempted to work with me!

      I've never gotten a loan from them only cashed checks. So imagine my surprise when I log in to look into there flex loan and am told I have an outstanding balance. I go to the Pulaski location and am told there no loan in my name but my social security number is linked to another person. In the last 2 months I've called the corporate number sent the verification proof they asked for showing that I'm not the person linked to my social in their system. I'm told in two days they will have it reviewed and to call back for their solution. I did and was told that cannot find the a ticket showing any thing but verbally confirm. The name linked to a lian on my social is not my name. I'm asked to resubmit it all again this process is the same for 4 more calls each time I'm told the same thing no ticket has been created not one note showing I've even called. Yet on each recorded call the representative confirms they received the documents asked for. Created a ticket and submitted to correct team to be investigated. The 6th time I was given a 4 didget number as a ticket number but online research states it should be a 9-11 didget number. They refuse to let me speak to anyone else. They say they have no legal team and no supervisors have time to speak with me.i don't know what to do to fix this

      This place is a predatory loan tried paying 300 dollars towards the principle to pay off the loan faster all they did was add it towards the other payments still leaving me stuck with the full loan and payments still the same I had to pay the full loan off to get out of it and thank God I did . They prey on people they know won't be able to pay off the loan so no matter how much you pay on the principal it won't do you no good unless you pay the full amount of the loan. These places shouldn't even be in business getting rich off the poor .

      High Interest rate they charge 97 % interest I get a loan of 300. I'll pay already 373. And still have a balance of 296.its a rip off

      Immoral shady and crooked business. Wait 4 years after taking and returning a payment. I thought was paid. Then 4 years later was served papers. I'm on social security. I was saving alittle each month out of my check to pay over 800 medical bill. They took my 500 savings that was transfered from checking that was from social security. So they actually took funds derived from my social security. Just because it was transfered it did not show was from ss. They knew I was on social security, and had little left each month. It took me over 3 years to save that 500 Now I can't pay the medical bill other than try to pay more each month.
