      I want my number removed!!! I get several calls daily!!! It says press 9 to be removed and I did that several times!!!!! And I went to the website and there’s nowhere to have your number removed!!!!! How and who else do we have to contact to stop getting calls!!!!!! Better Business Bureau can’t you do anything, I see I’m not the only one!!!!!!!!

I've double checked with our call center and according to state regulations, we never call anyone more than once a day and we don't have an option to press 9 to be removed. There is another company whose name is similar to ours. Could this be another company? Our name is just Advance Financial.       No idea how this place got my number, but I’ve been getting 3-4 calls a day from them. I’ve requested to be added to their Do Not Call list about 10 times, but they still call…always from a different number, so I can’t even get the calls to stop by blocking them. I’ve never expressed any interest in this service and have zero need for it. Judging from the reviews I’ve been reading, this place shouldn’t even be in business. I JUST WANT THIS PLACE TO STOP CALLING ME!!

      Advanced financial is a joke. And needs to be shut down! This place charged me $650.00 a month on a $2000.00 loan when it was agreed on a $246.74 monthly payment. They started taking payments every 2 weeks as soon as i told them I got payed every 2 weeks. And that was not agreed on. Caused me to bounce 2 mortgage payments. And every month after paying $650.00 the balance went up. I also payed extra on it until my mortgage payments started to bounce. Now I'm being sued for over $5000.00. I payed back over 2000.00 and this went on for 5 months until I had to change my bank account numbers to get them to stop.
      100% the absolute worst place to ever get a loan from!

      Ome of the most frustrating and irritating experiences I've had. Received an ad in the mail from this company stating that I was pre-qualified for a lime of credit.
      Filled out the application and then received an email that I was pre-approved pending verification.
      The verification process was a nightmare. They asked for every type of identification under the sun. I uploaded an image of my driver's license, my social security card, bank statements, voided paystubs, they connected to my bank thorough *****. After all of that, they still wanted proof of my address so I sent numerous documents containing my address. This resulted in several phone calls and emails back and forth until they finally accepted my lease agreement as proper verification. It was a challenge uploading a 13 page rental agreement, but I finally was able to submit my application after three days of gathering and uploading documents only to be immediately denied a loan as soon as I submitted it. Complete waste of time that I could have used for studying or spending time with my girlfriend instead of the hours it took to put all of this stuff together and get absolutely nothing out of it.

      I got a letter in the mail from this place. I just got off the phone with them. They literally wanted my banking accounts info. They wanted the numbers to my acct!! Who do they think they’re talking too? ****** *** foo foo??

      I’m feeling extremely scared I was offered a loan of $1200.00 i was never explained the terms of loan I’m
      Paying $334.00 a month my balance is going up my loan is for 36 months this was not disclosed to me until after I accepted the money the total I will pay is $6012.00 that is insane. This is definitely not a fare loan now I’m stuck with this crazy debit please help

      Last year I went into advanced financial in Jefferson City, Tennessee. I took a loan out, paid it off. Went back for two more other loans. I noticed that every time I came back I asked what to pay off. Was any attendant present? Could never give me an accurate figure. I tried to do the math but I'm not stupid. I knew they have some absurd finance percentages and the reality of it all is they try to fudge the numbers and get you to pay more than you do. My interest rate was based on the year today which they had documented which was wrong. Be very wary of this company. I don't trust them

      Advance financial is the worst loan company I’ve ever dealt with. I got just a $1500 loan. I have paid quite a bit on it and it only moved $30. It’s like it’s only paying 1.5% of your loan while the rest goes toward interest so with that being said you will never be able to pay off this loan.
