    They call and send out monitors for BP and promised a nurse to montor your BP.
    I have not received a call from anyone. When you call they have your phoned is ocked and say it is spam.

    This is definitely not acceptable. I am escalating to our Director of Nursing. You should be receiving a weekly call from your nurse.
    We don't block numbers from patients, so something seems off here.

    "I have been SCAMMED"
    I was told that I would not be responsible for any bills. I contacted CoPilot IQ as soon as I saw a claim from ******* ******, Texas? that was submitted to my insurance company, ******. At the same time, I requested that any/ all accounts in my name be removed/canceled. I feel I was "conned" into this by a group of people who are pros at deception and deceipt. No one would knowingly accept the service and terms they have billed.
    This was "wrong" and a "SCAM". I did get billed! My insurance company has no idea who CoPilot IQ is and was as blindsided as I was to see claims/charges from ******* ******, TX. In fact, I had no idea who this was. I am low income My insurance plan requires a referral from my Primary for all in-house visits. My Primary did not approve any of the charges they attempted to bill against my insurance company, ******. I was told several times that the matter would be taken care of. I received several calls from different CoPilot I Q representatives reassuring me that I would not have to pay anything!!?? I really wish that they/others in
    this company were "people of their word"! Please see the attached letter from ****** stating that I am, in fact,
    currently responsible for a claim submitted to but, denied by ******.

    Thank you for taking the time to voice your frustrations. I'm hoping we can help figure out what's going on.
    We are a medical practice, and like every doctor's office we bill insurance (that's who pays for our service). We do operate in Texas, and are in-network with ****** in Texas, so it's not obvious why they would have denied a claim.
    I have asked our team to escalate this issue and help you resolve.
