    Order placed almost two months ago with no delivery or update on shipping. I emailed twice and called the number on their website but it is now out of service and could not be connected.

    I placed an order for PSA Micro second generation test kit for $99. Paid for it with me Master Card ending with 4710 on December 19, 2024. Never received the test kit. Tried emailing them using the email provided by them ******************* twice in the last two weeks or so. No response??!!

    Placed order with Pinnacle BioLabs on September 23, 2024. The product I ordered was the *** Micro / Second Generation FIT Promotion 1that was charged to my credit card for $99.00. After two weeks of trying to get in touch with them via phone/email I filed a complaint with my credit card company on October 15, 2024. They said they got in touch with their bank and also that they said they are not responsible for a company not sending a product. So, that is why I am sending this complaint because my ********* credit card company put the $99.00 charge back on my card. But they requested more information and are still disputing it because they did not get in touch from anyone from BioLabs.     I ordered a food sensitivity test from this website on August 22, 2024. I received the test in the mail, filled out the form, and sent it back to the company to get results. I never received anything back from this company despite the tracking information showing that my test was delivered to the address they have on the label that they provided me. The tracking number is ********************** for my package back to them. This was 2 months ago. I tried to reach out to them but the phone number listed on their website does not work, the line does not go through. The website offers no other way to contact them. Results were supposed to be in 2 weeks and it has been over 2 months.

    Ordered Health Test kits, details in the attached PDF file Never received, no answer on phone only VM, text received to correct supposedly incorrect delivery address, link was bogus, never received product, insisted on refund via email communication, nothing.Online research reveals this is repeated action of this vendor Simply want money returned ASAP

    I ordered two Second Generation FIT Colon Cancer Tests on 7/1/2024. A shipping label was created that day and that is the last information I have recieved. I have emailed them via their provided email to answer customer service questions 3 times and called their support number 2 times, leaving voicemails with my contact information each time.I have recieved no contact nor any update on the status of my order. My order is time sensitive, as you can imagine. This route is the only recourse I have that I am aware of, outside disputing through my bank.

    Order # ********-64351, Placed on 12/4/2023 for the following:PSA Micro / Second Generation FIT Promotion $ ***** At a glance: This combo kit contains a Second Generation FIT 1 pack and HomeLab PSA Micro, which tests for Total PSA and Free PSA on two to three drops of whole blood from a finger stick.After placing my order I was immediately sent the following: We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.Over 6 months later Ive yet to receive my order. I called and emailed the company numerous times requesting status and finally demanded a refund. Ive never received an email or phone call back. Only once did someone answer the phone (the phone # listed on their website is a cellphone #). The guy that answered the phone wondered how I got his cellphone #, but was able to look up my order. He told me to check back in a few days. Since then, my calls just go to voicemail, which they ignore.

    I placed an order with Pinnacle BioLabs on 3/27/24 for one Second Generation FIT 2 Pack test and one At-Home Food Sensitivity and Intolerance Test. The order number is 10211219-69973. The total cost of the order was $237.98 and I was charged that full amount on 4/1/24. On the order confirmation, it said that I would be notified when the order shipped. I have not received any notification of shipping. I reached out to the company via email on 4/16/24 and again on 4/23/24 asking when the items would ship and then asking for a refund if they could not ship. I received no response from the company. I have also called the ***** number listed on their website several times during the stated business hours and no one answers the phone. At this point, I would like them to issue a refund for the amount I've been charged.

    I placed an order on March 27, 2024. An item was sent that had a broken seal and I have been attempting contact with the company since the package arrived on March 29, 2024. I have sent a couple of emails and attempted to reach them on their ******** page. They looked at the messages, but have never responded.

    Ordered a colon test, they took the payment for it on 11/21/23 . I never received confirmation, I emailed them on 11/25 and then again on 12/2 both times I got no response. At this point I just want my money back.
