    Ordered a PSA test from Pinnacle Labs online on 10/20/23. On 10/27/23 I contacted the company by phone (no answer- I left a message) and text. Text was responded by ***** who said they would get back with me. On 10/31, I called and spoke with *****. ***** said he did not know what was holdup but would check. Also, ***** said if I did not receive the test by Thursday, it would be free.I told him I just wanted the test. On thursday the test did not come in mail or other delivery. I tried to call and there was not an answer.I called credit card company, ****** by ******* *****. They are reviewing and will try to recall payment. Pinnacle had withdrawn payment on 10/20/23 per my credit card statement and the representative from ******.

    On 3/17/2023 I ordered a lab test from pinnacle bio labs. After two weeks, I emailed the company for a status. I emailed them two more times without an answer. I, then called and was told the test was unavailable and I ask for a refund. I have called two more times. I have been told that someone would contact me by end of business that day. I have yet to be called or emailed. I have not seen my refund, either. All I would like is my money back.

    I ordered a Food Sensativity home test kit 12/10/2021 for $195.99. The kit arrived as expected and returned with blood sample. No other information was returned to me. After 3 weeks I emailed Pinnacle Biolabs with no return reply. Subsequently called the company 9 times and was told the supervisor would contact me.
    One phone call I was offered a refund but they could not process a refund on the debit card I used to purchase.
    In summary I purchased a home test kit, used as directed, never received the results, never recieved refund as promised. No return reply after trying for 9 phone calls over 5 months.

    I ordered a ******** test from Pinnacle biotech I sent it back as they directed it is been 3 weeks when they said it was only going to be a couple days I still haven't received any results they will not respond by email or phone
