      Car was booted 30 minutes after we requested three hours at the lot. It turned out that although the system recorded our request (and, as expected, sent us a reminder three hours later), the transaction had not been processed. After providing Tristar with all of the information I was expecting them to refund us the $155 they had charged us (and offered to pay the $30 we should have been charged despite our inconvenience), but they refused.
      I will say that the young man who came to remove the boot was prompt and courteous.
      Do not park at the lots they oversee.

      Parked at a ********** lot and the app did not ever ask for my license plate. TriStar followed their policies and booted my car for a fee. After sending an email, the owner called and talked to me about the app and once. Finding out that ********** was the issue, he refunded me in full. I really appreciate how down to earth and helpful the owner was in a situation that was not his fault as well. I wouldn't necessarily choose to be booted again, but I wouldn't mind it as bad if it was these guys.
