  My signed a contract with this company and received services for a few months. I was forced to have major surgery and was out on disability for several months. I attempted to get these guys to understand I had no money and only wanted to suspend my coverage and restart as soon as I got back on my feet. They kept calling and asking to come anyway. I got frustrated and said I quit them. I was informed I cannot quit my contract unless I called and talked to the office. I replied I didn’t want to quit just suspend it. So Urbanex sent me to collections and I was forced to pay $179 for no services , but just to quit my contract. These people are crooks and only want your money. We still had bugs even after the treatments we did receive.
  Avoid these people like the plague !!!!!!!

  This pest company holds true to its business. The company is a major PEST! I hired them after not fully understanding their fraudulent billing practices. I have paid over $1000 to these crooks. My mother died and I was out of state for months. I asked them NOT TO COME AS NOBODY COULD GET INSIDE HOUSE TO EVEN SPRAY. They “said” they came and sprayed, including inside my home, which would have been impossible as it was locked up, nobody home for months. They continued to bill me, which was way more than what I understood Brian R***** prices. I have been totally ripped off, paying for services I did not receive inside my home. Urbanex and Brian R*** have harassed me horribly. Just to get them to go away, I had Brian come by. I wanted to see all my billing, what I was billed and what I had already paid. What a freaking joke. They couldn’t even print out my billing statements to go over with me line by line. Told ME to go to their portal. I asked him then to tell me what I owed for the fraudulent bug contract so I could pay and get the heck away from these monsters. I wrote a check for amount he said and wrote paid in full (as that is what the snake Brian said I owed) on check. I also contacted another guy in billing to pay off any balance on the termite scam contract. I then sent in more money, $400. Now I’m being harassed with new balance of $50. Run from this company! They even charge an outrageous fee to cancel. Total crooks. Don’t get scammed out of thousands to have these crooks do your pest control. They are the BIGGEST PEST YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH!

  Do not let them into your life. Nothing but a huge headache. Find another company that appreciates the customer.

  This company does not provide legit service and is very misleading about pricing. They will always charge $45/month. They do nothing to get rid of pests and try to conceal it all by changing the signed documents. We have filed a lawsuit with them and every person should. They need a class action brought against them.

  Never explained that touch up after the initial treatment will be an edit charge however I did agree for treatment service very sales rep was very deceptive and didn't explain this to me

  My family's experience has been fantastic. Each person that's come to the house has been timely and professional. If any issue has arisen, Urbanex has been quick to meet the needs or requests. There's no doubt we made a great decision by utilizing the services of Urbanex.

  Urbanex showed up at my door and offered to treat the outside of my house for $170. I agreed and signed the paperwork. As it turned out I agreed to a one year contract without realizing it. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. I called to cancel the contract and was told there is a $175 charge to cancel. Also in the fine print. I would not recommend doing business with urbanex.

  On Oct. 7th a man rang my doorbell. When I saw he was from urbanex, a service I did not call, nor wanted I did not answer my door. Again, we never called nor communicated with urbanex through phone, land nor cell. Later I saw the man walking around my house with a long handled brush. I opened my door a bit to ask what he was doing. He said he was from urbanex, nothing more. I closed my door, and he left. We live in a senior citizen community where scams happen frequently. This was one, since we had not reached out to this company in any form, and I wanted nothing to do with the man nor urbanex. Today, Oct. 8th my husband received an email from urbanex saying we have an account with them and owe them $100. (Easy to get our name as it's on a sign in front of our house). But my husband never uses the phone, cell or other wise. AND SINCE HE HAS SEVERE RA HE COULDN'T TYPE, and I don't do business of any kind on the phone. The email sent to my husband was not opened to the account portion . It's a shame people stoop so low to try to scam the elderly. I also was visited the same day by another company associated with urbanex. They take care of the insects in the lawn saying we had reached out to them ....I had to get my husband out of bed to get rid of this one. NEVER HEARD OF EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES, WE DID NOT CALL THEM, WE DID NOT TEXT THEM, WE DID NOT EMAIL THEM. SO URBANEX, AND ANY COMPANY CONNECTED TO YOU STAY AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. DO NOT CALL, DO NOT TEXT, NOR EMAIL. NOT EVEN A LETTER. IT WILL BE CALLED HARRASSMENT. Really no stars is a true rating for what the last two days have caused my husband, and myself.

  STAY AWAY - The owner is a scammer! I was pressured into signing up shortly after moving into my new home for 99.00. Shortly after I canceled and now I am being told I have to pay a cancellation fee of 201.00. Please, please spread the word, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS JUNIOR COMPANY!!!!

  UrbanEx came to my neighborhood (that prohibits soliciting, but proceeded to solicit anyway) back in June. I was one of the unfortunate ones that answered the door when they came. I forgot the man’s name, but he went on about the services he could provide for me that same day. I declined, and he even asked why, and I told him due to money. He then offered to service our home for $49, and any other remaining services would then be the normal $109. I agreed and asked if I could cancel anytime, he said YES. I signed off on his tablet without even knowing what I signed off on (stupid, I know). I also asked the female that sprayed the interior just to make sure if I could cancel anytime, she also said YES. I proceeded to let them service my home one more time and I then attempted to cancel. Turns out it was a year contract that I signed back on the first visit. They refused to let me cancel unless I paid a cancellation fee which would have been well over $300. I would have NEVER went with this company if I knew I was signing a year contract. Seems that many other people share the same crooked experience from UrbanEx as well. Taking advantage of people during very difficult times. My advice to anyone is if you’re having a bug problem, go anywhere but here.
