    Charged me 2 days for a stay in a hotel in DC for a one day stay. Only way to contact them to complain is via chatbot. Filled out form 2x two weeks ago and no response. Complaint form link is an endless loop with the chatbot. Called hotel and valet said his manager would call me. No call.

    Parked at a hotel.manages by them and scanned the QR code and entered a cell per the directions and awaited a code to be texted to proceed...still waiting for the dozen or so codes I requested. Impossible to contact PMC. Sent and email/form via their sales and no response. Sent a second days later and no response. Zero customer service. If negative was a possibility they'd be in negative territory.

    Had to use PMC parking at the 3800 St. Elmo lot in Chattanooga, TN to visit a local business. Even after applying the business's validation code, I checked my credit card statement a few days later and saw that I got charged 3 different times by this company! Once for $17, and two separate times for $1 (and another charge for $0). No sign of a refund for the validation code, even though the web receipt says it's been applied and paid.

    I contacted PMC for a copy of my receipt after staying in a hotel where they manage parking. Much like the other review I was unable to find a contact number, so I utilized the automated system to request a copy. I was advised of a 48 hour turnaround and have yet to hear back.
    To make matters worse the company tried to charge me an additional $135 to my card on top of the $69 I already paid them for their grossly overpriced parking for one night. I have now tried to reach them three separate times and have heard nothing back. I will park my car anywhere else from now on and will likely warn people away from the ******* *** in Nashville they avoid being stuck with PMC.

    I parked at a hotel where the lot was managed by PMC. I scanned the QR code, followed the instructions, and correctly entered my check-in and check-out times for a two-night stay, as planned. The parking rate was $10 per night. However, PMC charged my credit card $42—equivalent to four nights.
    There was no phone number listed on their website, and their chat feature only connects you with a bot. The chatbot simply collects your information and promises someone will follow up within 48 hours. I tried multiple times, but no one ever contacted me.
    I then called the hotel, and they provided me with an email for PMC’s support team. I sent a detailed message, but again, I received no response.
    Eventually, I had to dispute the overcharge through my credit card company.
    It felt like I was scammed by PMC. In the future, I will avoid booking hotels that use PMC for parking. The lack of customer support and transparency is unacceptable.

    If I could give this valet company zero stars, I would. During a recent stay at a hotel in Downtown San Antonio, I entrusted my rental vehicle to their valet service—an unfortunate decision that cost me both time and money.
    When I arrived, my vehicle was in perfect condition—no warning indicators, no damage, nothing out of place. The next morning, after they retrieved my car from more than three blocks away, I was suddenly informed of a flat tire. Upon inspection, there was an obvious gash in the sidewall that was clearly from hitting a curb—something a valet on duty even admitted looked like curb damage.
    But here’s where it gets truly infuriating: when I requested a review of what happened, I was told—with a straight face—that there were “no curbs” in downtown San Antonio. Are you kidding me? Apparently, the company also conducted a “thorough investigation” and conveniently determined they weren’t at fault. However, when we spoke to the manager, their story completely contradicted what we were initially told.
    Because of their carelessness and dishonesty, I had to cancel an important client appointment, losing income, and my husband was late to a business meeting. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—it was a total disruption, and it was handled with an appalling lack of integrity and professionalism.
    Do yourself a favor—do not trust your vehicle to this company. They are negligent, dishonest, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. Their handling of the situation was unprofessional at best and deceptive at worst. Shame on them.

    This company is terrible. We used them in San Antonio at the hotel we stayed at. They had to take us to our car cause it had a flat tire. Upon further inspection they had hit a curb and popped the tire. When asked about it they said there were no curbs that could have caused that. Which was a blatant lie. So tried to file a claim and they said the same exact thing. We took pictures of it and still denied. They refused to refund or help out in anyway. ***** customer service and zero help. They deny deny deny. Even claimed to have video footage but when asked to see they said I needed to contact the state. Just more lies. They are terrible and will never valet with them again.

    I was charged twice and both times it was more than it should have been. Can't get in touch with anyone and keep being told by chat that someone will email me. It's been two weeks. Terrible company.

    This company is a joke to get a hold of. I have requested a receipt 4 times with no success. They will not return emails or phone calls. I have reached out to the hotel, and they have tried helping me with no success. Do not deal with this company or hire them to do business.
