    I parked in the same parking lot I have used for 20+ years to visit the city park. This parking lot is for an office building by day and has always been free after hours. All of a sudden today I received a text with a photo of my car telling me I owed $20 for parking there. This is in a city where “premium” parking for concerts and events in the same area is only $5 total! I had no idea that this office parking lot had been taken over by a company, and nowhere was there a sign informing of the new parking rate. How is this even legal? This is shameless money grabbing at its worst.

    Paid in full using app during a event in downtown Huntsville, AL, not only did they harass me for not paying via email and Text, which I did pay, I have receipts, but they also chalked my tires without my knowledge or consent. Their app and website is also virtually useless to resolve the issue. why companies like this don't have their business licenses taken away, I do not know. stay away from using this company and if you see them at an event, keep on driving.

    This company’s business practices need reviewed. I parked in a restaurant parking lot, near the front door last night. This morning I get a text that I owe 35.00 plus a 4.00 service charge for my violation. At some point a human being took 3 photos of my vehicle and a sign, across the lot that I cannot even zoom in on and read with a QR code on it.
    I responded to the text and get an automatic message that the number is not monitored. After reading the reviews on this page it’s no wonder they don’t want to respond.
    I would be happy to pay the actual parking fee but they need to do a much better job with signage. If a person had the time to take photos of my vehicle, could they not put a note or sticker on the windshield reminding people that there is a parking fee??
    If I don’t pay the 35.00 within 10 days they’ve threatened to raise the “violation” fee to 40.00. Just a poor method of doing business.

    Why this company is profiting from parking in Asheville is beyond me. I was parked for 10 minutes while I went to a local shop to get a to go coffee. Apparently the parking lord snapped a picture of my vehicle and I received a letter to pay $40. I disputed the ticket and was denied. The price is ridiculously high just based on an image of my car in a spot. This company is extortionist and inhumane. I sure hope they sleep well at night gouging money from poor locals while they sit in their towers and collect passive income. I spit on the this company

    Worst company ever!!!! I arrived at my birthday dinner on 12/14 around 6:55 p.m. It was pouring rain so I parked in the first parking spot I saw on the side of the street. Despite what the company is claiming- there was absolutely no sign next to this specific parking spot indicating it was paid parking. I received a text around 7:30 p.m. that stated I received a $40 parking violation less than an hour later. I was extremely confused due to a lack of signage. When I left I walked around looking for a sign and saw that there was one next to a large truck parked in front of me. This was not clearly visible when I parked, nor was there a sign indicating I needed to scan a QR code next to the parking spot I parked in. The company refused my dispute, but decreased the ticket to $20. If there was visible signage I would understand and own up to my mistake, but due to the lack thereof, I believe this company is a complete scam! I will make sure to ensure I never park in a PMC parking spot or lot because I refuse to support this company. I will make sure to pass this along to everyone I know who lives here and leave a review on every platform I can.

    I received a first initial letter in mail from PMC as in response to a $40 parking violation that needs to be paid and when I received the message, I went on the website and filed a dispute. I was attending an event where there was no parking assistance given and all gates were up leading to the ‘Chelms Lot’ for PMC Cleveland. Before entering the building for my said event, I was told that I could park there and even after leaving, I was not at all made aware that I couldn’t parking there by anyone. I want to continue in disputing my violation that I filed on November 18th, 2022. I have yet to hear from PMC at ALL regarding my violation and there were no customer service numbers given in the letter at all. Terrible way to run a business. Very unprofessional to have to mindset of “either you pay $40 or we will take and impound your vehicle”. I want to continue my dispute!!!!!

    After repeatedly getting mail and threatened to have my car impounded, I was cornered into paying my violation but now I plan to try and get my money back. No one should be forced to pay when given the option to dispute. Simply unprofessional.

    My name is ****************. My son stayed at the ******** City Center in uptown Charlotte N C. The valet service damaged my son's key pod for his 2016 ******* Sonata. He had to pay over $600.00 at the dealer to replace it. He's girlfriend missed her flight back to New Orleans at a cost of $300.00. I've spoken to numerous people without any answers. I've called, emailed no answers. Like one of the other customers stated mailbox are full. My son name is ***************. I've spoken with a so called Manager named Matt who's mailbox is also full. Now I'm going the the Corporate Office to see what going on. I see this Company isn't accredited by BBB. I would recommend that if you use a valet service keep your key pods. I also wish I could leave NO stars!!!

    A month and a half later and my claim has still not been handled. My husband has made numerous calls during business hours, but he always gets voice-mail. No one returns phone calls. It's very frustrating, and I am considering legal action. My car was damaged by a valet, and I think that a month and a half is plenty of time to have closed this claim. I wish I had the option of zero stars. There's nothing worse than not being able to contact anyone and having something drag on endlessly.
