  Nice, clean cabin away from everything. Very peaceful if you want to just get away for a few days. We had no problems with the cabin. What everyone needs when they just want to relax for a day or two.

  We had an amazing time. The cabin was perfect for us. We love the hot tub. We had lots of privacy and beautiful scenery. It was very peaceful!

  In general sense everything was good, just pointing out that the bedding was dirty, there was dog hair all over the bed, they didn't provide soap for bathing or shampoo or conditioner, the soap for the dishwasher only had 2 for like 2 days and I I was 4, the grill did not have gas and the jacuzzi was not clean, the water was cloudy with a fishy smell. Everything else is good, it is a nice place to spend the holidays.

  We had to cancel our reservation due to a medical emegency that occurred 48 hours before check-in. We called immediately (from the emergency room). This company and the cabin owner refused to relist the cabin to see if it could be rented by someone else during our rental period. I asked about receiving credit to rebook the trip but was told no. The rental company kept saying that we might still use the cabin even though I explained that the emergency and injury prevented any travel. Very disappointed in the lack of flexibility and productive discussion about the cancelation. All of the other companies in the area issued full refunds for our pre-booked activities along with some compassion for the situation. And the hotels we reserved as part of the road trip were easy to cancel. We will not rebook this trip due to the loss. Usually we rent vacation homes through Airbnb and VRBO and they have better policies in place to deal with this type of situation.

  The Majestic needs LOTS of maintenance. Please check out the upstairs balcony as it is not safe for anyone to be on. There is construction tape around front steps, weeds growing in bushes, small trees growing in rain gutters. just needs general upkeep. Was not as nice as I expected it to be. The layout of the house is nice and the rooms are large and spacious. We did have a lot of room.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
  My family was looking forward to staying with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals for the first time.
  Then the late night/early morning before our day of arrival we had a tragic death in our family. I had purchased the insurance deposit, but they told us even though we paid for the insurance there was nothing that they could do. So over ***** down the drain and no type of assistance at all.

  Waterfall retreat was a perfect size for a family of 4. It had most accommodations, the washer and dryer was nice to have! However, there were some issues that would make us not choose this cabin again. The entrance onto the road was crazy. It was impossible to even see and straight down, a normal car would’ve bottomed out every time. Also the lighting inside and out was horrible. It was so dark in there I was using my phone flashlight to see. The outside decks had zero lighting and therefore it was sketchy coming back at nighttime and we couldn’t use the hot tub once it got dark. Also the showers were TINY and shower knobs were upside down, backwards, etc. impossible to use to get an adequate temp. It was SUPER frustrating. There were also tiny flies all over the whole kitchen counter every day. We’d clean it, leave lights off, had no food of our own really at all, and still, every morning, tiny little flies everywhere. The tv downstairs worked perfect but the 2 upstairs ones didn’t work at all. Couldn’t even find a remote for one of them. So, though it was super cute and a great size with an awesome creek out back, it wasn’t very clean and had a lot of nuisance's which caused frustration. Super bummed especially since the cost was quite high.

  Our family of 6 LOVED our time at Tree Tops Cabin. Our kids are ages 15, 14, 12, and 10 and we stayed 3 nights in the cabin. There was plenty of space to spread out and so many TVs for downtime. The kids especially loved the upstairs catwalk from the master bedroom to the balcony - the youngest thought it was fun to lie down there and watch the TV in the main floor living room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! We really enjoyed the game table and pool table downstairs and got in the hot tub daily! The views from all 3 balconies are breath-taking. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and recover after our long days of hiking!
