    0 STARZ !!!! Since I checked in nothing but bad things cabin USA will not fix roach infested kitchen two rooms up stairs not getting heat. 3 tvs not working and pool room door froze open so cold air coming through. Keep getting told maintenance is coming since day 1 and nothing. Customer service is rude and no help kept a getting hung up on when asking for reimbursement or compensation!! DO NOT BOOK WITH CABIN USA VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO HELP!!!! I'm currently looking into seeking legal action!!

    We had waited for months to take a short get-away between Thanksgiving and Christmas to spend time with our kids, their spouses, and our first grandson. Our hopes for a good weekend were quickly dashed when we immediately discovered upon entering the cabin, there were plumbing issues. We later learned that they knew of these plumbing issues last week, and the day of check-in their housekeeping department reminded them of it. They told us they would move us to a house in Pigeon Forge that was actually nicer and bigger and very close to the attractions. Here are the problems. 1. We purchased a vacation rental cabin in the mountains for the wonderful view and we didn't plan on leaving the cabin much. 2. The house was not bigger or nicer. I've got plenty of pictures to show you it was a dump. It looked like something my wife and I would have rented when we were first married 38 years ago! 3. Instead of mountain views, our view was a sketchy looking neighborhood in the front, and a large pile of dirt and two run-down sheds in the back. 4. The enclosed patio had mold and mildew. 5. A blade was off one of the celling fans in a bedroom. We called, they promised to come fix it, but never did. 6. The vanity in the bathroom was cracked and not even attached to the wall. 7. The water wasn't hot. 8. The house was in need of various repairs. They breached the contract and refused to make it right. What did they offer? A refund on one night's stay. We tried and tried to talk with them but they were completely apathetic. We offered to send the pictures but they didn't want them. And had we done our homework, we would have noticed that they have horrible ratings on the Web, from multiple sites. These people are cons. Do NOT do business with them! They could have easily put us in a comparable cabin but chose not too. They could have given financial compensation for their breach of contract but chose not to.

    Worst cabin experience!
    Rented cabin Wild Ginger 11/XXXX - XX/3/22.
    Arrived at cabin on 30th at 5:30. Cabin was a wreck! Had not been cleaned. My wife has MS therefore was afraid for anyone to sit down for fear of germs and not disinfected.
    All beds were torn apart, food and food wrappers on floor.
    All the toilets had not been flushed. (NASTY)!! There were dirty dishes left in sink. Contacted after hours number explained the situation.
    Had to wait until they called back for any response.
    Their solution was :
    1# Sleep on top of beds with Clean sheets
    2# Move us to another cabin 5 miles way until this cabin was cleaned the next day.
    We stayed at other cabin. My wife kept calling and speaking to multiple people and explaining over and over again the same story as to what was going on. We received a call at 3pm telling us our original cabin was clean, and that we needed to be out of the second cabin right away cause they needed to clean that cabin now. I had to stop with my vacation plans hurry back to second cabin repack my vehicle.
    And drive to original cabin and unpack.
    After 2 days we had been calling and receiving calls for multiple people with the same response "We will contact the property supervisor and let him know what is going on. I had driven to their office to complain about the lack of service and the phone call run around. And at that office I was informed that "They only hand out keys to arriving guests ".
    And that they would call the supervisor and let him know of our dissatisfaction.
    Finally spoke to Supervisor Anthony .
    He only offered to refund the cleaning deposit?????
    My first night was completely ruined!
    Second day was ruined also had to stop enjoying my time and experience visiting by driving back and packing up and unpack again.
    I am a manager for PUBLIX Supermarkets.
    And I will inform everyone that I know and work with plus show them the pictures of my cabin experience and the lack of customer service that Cabins USA cares for their renters.

    We rented the cabin "Sea of Clouds" from Cabins USA for Oct 14th and Oct 15. On Sunday after leaving a person in my party developed a rash on her neck, they did not inform me until Monday. On Monday I noticed a trail of bumps on my backside and another person in the party had three bites on her arm. All of these bites were like we were bit by bed bugs. I contacted Cabins USA on Monday and then called again on Tuesday and was told someone was investigating the cabin and pest control had been sent out. We contacted them multiple times throughout the week. On Thursday 10/20 we were contacted by the reservation manager and they stated that the pest control report was negative for bed bugs and offered us $200.00 off our stay for our inconvenience. I refused to accept this because the people in my party all live at separate houses and this is the only placed we shared in common. I requested a copy of the pest control report and it was noted. The manager at this time stated they would have to get with upper management. My husband called and left a message on Tuesday. We received a call back from upper management on 10/27. They stated they had looked into the matter and they stood behind there pest control report and could only offer 200.00 off the stay, which I refused to accept because I feel like the company needs to make it right. We've had to clean and spray 3 homes and live with the fear we have brought this home. I requested again a copy of the pest control report and was told this was against policy. I told them I had stayed there multiple times and never complained. It really is not about the money as doing the right thing. What is curious now is that if you try to book the cabin it is not available. I asked the manager why that was he stated the cabin owners had sold it prior to our stay. I just want things to be made right if they stand behind their pest control report, why would they not share this.

    Leaving a 1 Star is too much! They are ***** and do shady business! We had a horribly bad experience at 1 of their cabins a year ago. Upper management called me to fix the issue because we refused to use them again!! She said please try us 1 more time & offered us a nicer Cabin and a Deal...all we had we to pay was the down. (WHICH WE DID) the rest was to be taken of!! One year later they switched our cabins bc the other cabin left their Co. 3 DAYS before our check-in they told me I had a balance. I called manager to for 3 days and NO ONE would return my call/ they kept given us lie after lie on the phone. We drove from LA to TN and showed up the day of our check-in / at that point a manager finally called me (bc I was at the office in TN) and said SORRY you have to pay the FULL amount of the cabin! According to Anthony they have an old system & their notes are gone and the lady who helped us was gone too. BE WARE of this Company!!!!! ******* and *****
