1 starThis place was filthy, stains on the floors, smelled like smoke in a non smoking cabin, very uncomfortable, safety questionable. Stains on the sheets, one blanket in the entire cabin. I will never book here again or recommend CABINS USA to anyone. The cabins name was “I Don’t Want 2 Leave” but we wanted to after less than 30 minutes there.Review fromBeth M

1 starWe stayed in a cabin called Hideaway Haven in Sevierville. I called to see where the pool was and told them about a lock sticking to go onto the back deck, which I also stated that it wasn't a problem, we had the other door to go out. They said they would tell maintenance. Never notified me that maintenance was coming to the cabin and we went to dinner. Came back to find a note hanging on the front door that they went in to fix it. But it's not fixed the bottom lock still opened when locked. All of our personal belongings were in there and it looked like they went through a tool bag and one bag with my husbands clothes in it. That's not very good policy. Why didn't they call me and let me know? We would of stayed around and then went to dinner. I will never book with them again.Review fromLucas T

1 starI am currently staying in the Mountain View Pool Lodge.
1) This cabin has roaches we have killed a total 10 plus roaches during our stay.
2) when we arrived the (very small) pool was not filled all the way and was dirty. We had to have the company come fill it and clean it.
3) the hot tub was also filthy and was filled with rain water.
4) The tvs were all missing their remotes and were unusable for 3 days. (That includes the tv in the theater)
5) the surround sound in the theater does not work with the tv.
6) A toilet seat was broken when we arrived.
7) we did not have enough bedding and when we requested it they said they would bring it but never did.
Honestly we deserve a discount. We paid for the pool, the hot tub and the theater but we were unable to use them during our entire stay.Review fromJoseph S

It is disheartening the quality of your product that you provided to me and my Family while we were stay at Pool & a Theater Lodge Cabin. I am sure that of it was your family that was staying here you would want things to be of a higher quality. I would appreciate that someone from your Leadership contacts reference this matter.
I have the following issues reference me stay at your cabin.
15. Master Bedroom main floor on the left, leather Headboard peeling all over the pillows.
16. Excessive Trash in the outside Trash storage area.
17. Water dripping from upper level onto the stairs connected to the porch creating slippery conditions on the steps.
18. Main Level Master Bedroom to the Left door leaks at the bottom, the bottom seal has deteriorated.
19. Upstairs bedroom bathroom had rust on the shower and shower curtain.
20. Multiple outside chairs on porches were unusable due to being broken in various
Places.
21. Outside porches appear as if they have not been cleaned/ maintenance in a very
long time (overgrown cobwebs, wood needs to be power washed, etc)
22. Windows on inside and outside of the cabin need to be cleaned.
23. Multiple floorboards on the porches were loose/saggy, felt very dangerous.Review fromTeresa D

1 starVery unhappy with this company!! From the moment we arrived to our cabin we had issues! Door code wouldn’t work, hot tub smelled moldy, deadbolt on door to deck got stuck on second day and we couldn’t get out onto deck. Ants crawling on counters in kitchen, black mold inside faucet in bathroom and the amount of dirt, dust and dead bugs was way beyond normal!!! I did call the company the day we arrived but by the following evening nobody had been out yet. I called again and they did move us to a different cabin but we couldn’t get in until the following day after 3:00 pm. The Representative from Cabins, USA said we could leave our groceries we bought in the refrigerator as we had plans that involved us being gone most of the day so we couldn’t leave cold items in the car all day. We went back to get our groceries and everything was GONE! $175.04 worth of food-GONE! Unopened wine, beer, fruits, cheese, etc. all taken! It took me threatening to file a police report and multiple calls everyday to finally get a Supervisor to return my call and say they would refund our grocery money. FYI-they refuse to let you speak with a Supervisor when you call in, under any circumstances!!!! You have to leave your information and they will call you back. This was extremely inconvenient when vacationing to have to keep phone on you at all times, waiting for a response. As of writing this, we still have not received our refund back to our credit card! The second cabin was a lot cleaner however, the pool table is completely broken down (bumpers) and they have tape holding one leg together as it is completely cracked. Also, there are certain spaces that smell of urine…..I can only think it’s from a previous renter that had a dog. The day of checkout, we ran down the street for coffee and came back to a housekeeper in our cabin (approximately 9:15am) but check out wasn’t until 11:00. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had on a vacation.Review fromMisty E

1 starIt’s unfortunate to pay such prices to come into open window ins 20 degree weather and heaters not working. Calling maintenance and them asking you to wait until morning. We had 7 people on this trip 2 of which were young children. 6,7 freezing to death children and you ask is to wait. We waited until 8 am as advised after finding a space heater, no one showed up, no one called to follow up. We called 3 days in a row regarding the cleanliness and status of the cabin. After the 4th day we were told they would speak with management and get back with us on how to handle the situation. All incidents and persons spoken with are documented. We were also told the maintenance system went down, still no follow up. After finally having enough we ended our family vacation a day early to avoid anymore unnecessary inconveniences.Review fromShane P

1 starWe stayed here for 4 days started calling on day 1 day 2. Tech shows up and drains hot tub and says he can’t fix it and it needed to be drained and was unsafe for anyone to get in it. The jacuzzi tub in bedroom is broken. Jets squirt literally into the air. The 2 sofa beds are broken and if you get them open u can’t get them closed. Piss ants everywhere in downstairs . Outside view was literally a trash dump in front of ur place. I would not recommend anyone staying at this type of place. This is Saw n Logs 310. 1 starThis company is a rip off. My husband and I paid 250..+ a night to stay in a cabin that was sparsely furnished, grimey dirty, and very uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was unusable because of filthy jets, hole in bed linens, faucets dripped, we had to call maintenance because the roof leaked on us! I put pots all around to catch water. The refrigerator door was broken, very little silverware, no coffee filters. The pool table had holes in 3 of the pockets so the balls would fall out on your feet, I have pictures to back it up. Please warn people not to use this company. USA Cabins in Pigeon Forge TN. They asked for our review, so I sent that we were dissapointed, their reply was that they could not post our experience because they Already had a review for the Bear Haven cabin. I want to warn others, this property is worn out, unclean and no one takes proper care of it. Thank you for any help you can provide.Review fromRhonda E

3 starsWe stayed at Majestic View from 12/22/22 to 12/29/22. This was billed as a luxury cabin, but the only luxury thing about it was the size ( 4 bedroom, 5 bath, sleep 16) and it had a nice theater/game room. First off,, none of the fireplaces worked, though we did not report this. The downstairs tv would not work, and we did report this and they told us someone would be out, and they never showed up. We also requested trash pickup and nobody ever came. There were no dishes in the sink or dishwasher when we arrived, but the dishes inside the cabinet were not clean and we had to wash everything before use. Cookware was lacking. Some larger pots and bowls are needed. There was no toaster. There was an electric can opener and a manual can opener, neither one worked. The coffee machine needs replacing. There was only 1 kitchen dishcloth and 1 kitchen towel which is not enough for a luxury cabin that sleeps 16. The leather sofa in the living room definitely needs replacing. There were no clocks anywhere, except the microwave. The bedroom downstairs with the fireplace has a huge, almost one inch gap in the door to the balcony where it would not close properly, so it was freezing down there. There was air coming in through many places throughout the cabin, so some kind of sealing is needed. We ran the heat almost on 80 to stay warm. The only reason I'm not giving this cabin less stars is that it seems accommodations were made to decorate the cabin for Christmas especially for our stay when it was supposed to be. I was told before i made reservations that it would be, but then later told it wasn't going to be decorated that year. But, when we got there, it was decorated. Not great, but the effort was made and we appreciated it. Check in and check out was easy. The theater/game room was great, though it would have been nice if instructions how to use the arcade table was available. We couldn't turn up the volume, and lastly, there is not a lot of room to use the pool table.Review fromCarol B

1 starThis is one of the WORST places to rent from- the house we rented on Willard Way in Sevierville TN was nasty - dust everywhere- dried food on the floor - dust on blankets - nasty dirty sheets on sofa bed- dust all over ceiling fan
