Complaint Summary:This complaint concerns the mishandling of mail forwarding services and the subsequent attempt by Regus (operating under IWG plc) to collect an unjustified balance of $513.35, now accompanied by threats of legal action.Regus Management Group, LLC continues to demand $513.35 for services that were not rendered and which I terminated in writing on August 21, 2024. Regus acknowledged the termination but claimed a three-month extension, despite their own August 10, 2024, notice stating my agreement would only auto-renew on December 1, 2024, if I did not cancel by August 31. I met the termination conditions in writing, and I have since received repeated threats of arbitration and legal action.I request Regus immediately, release held mail, cancel the false balance, and cease collection attempts. Supporting documents are available and attached.

I entered into a commercial lease agreement with Regus/Spaces ( ***************************) based on false information provided by their sales representative. I was told that I only needed to pay $207 to receive access to the office space. After submitting payment, I was denied access and told I had to pay multiple additional invoices, which was never disclosed to me before signing. I never received keys, never accessed the premises, and have not stepped foot in the Regus location even once.***, the manager in ******, stated that, these situations happen often whereas the sales people often lie and scam to close sales and they are left to deal with disgruntled consumers. The contract was not fully executed by Regus and does not mention any requirement for additional payments before access. I requested documentation and phone records to support their claims, which have never been provided. Despite multiple certified letters and emails disputing the charges and requesting a cease and desist, Regus ignored my communications and referred my account to third-party debt collectors including ************** who began contacting me without my consent. I demanded that my information not be shared with any outside agencies in writing on several occasions.I am now being harassed for the full balance of the contract, even though I never used the space or received access. This has resulted in the unauthorized use of my personal and business information, repeated unwanted contact, and significant stress.207.00 was paid, collections is asking for $2683.25 for an entire year when I never stepped foot in Regus or received access.

We went online to rent a room for a one time meeting. The website was crashing and refreshing while I was checking out.Regus' website created two accounts for our company due to these crashing/refreshing issues. I contacted our local Regus location and they said everything could be resolved, but that we were directed to Regus' help desk. I have an email from this *** stating the the issues that occurred that day. Over the next few months, myself and our accountant spent hours on the phone with Regus help desk. We could not ever speak to a person to get anything resolved. Every time we spoke to someone, they just took note of what we said and would never transfer us to a supervisor or anyone in the company that could do any action with our account. We called back ***eatedly. It quickly became apparent that there was no point in calling the help desk as there was no "help" *********** contract or agreement was ever signed or agreed upon. We did not sign anything, nor were we even presented with a ******************** agreement until the incorrect account was already launched by the site and an email was received. If you go to checkout on their site, the 24 month agreement is pre-selected; Regus is hoping for people to make this mistake when checking out so they are financially bound to pay monthly. However, I did not agree to this contract and immediately called the ************** location so that I could speak to someone right away (again, I couldn't find any number to call a help desk).

I signed up for a membership with ****** but quickly canceled when I realized it wasnt what I needed. Despite canceling, I was told I had to pay additional fees before being eligible for a refund. I paid those, but instead of being refunded, I continued to receive bills for unexplained charges and late feesdespite never setting foot in the office or using the space. Ive now overpaid, and the company has continued to charge me for services I never used. I have repeatedly requested cancellation and a refund but have received no satisfactory response. This behavior is deceptive and exploitative. I am requesting an immediate refund and final cancellation of any charges or obligations.

Attached are screenshots of my most recent correspondence with Spaces in response to my request for a full refund and account cancellation.

As you can see, they are not acknowledging or addressing my refund request at all. Instead, they are simply urging me to pay more money and stating they will close the account only after I pay additional feesdespite the fact that I never used the office space or services.

Their response is dismissive, and it avoids the core issue: I am seeking a full refund for services never rendered, not an opportunity to pay more to exit an already unfair agreement.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      Sincerely,
      ******** (Honey) **********

I am filing a complaint against The Spaces at the ****************, located at [address], due to several issues I encountered during my time as a member. Lease ********************* Issues I informed ****** on March 14, 2025, that I did not wish to continue my lease beyond March 31, 2025. Despite this, I was charged for Aprils rent, even though I am no longer using the space. I would like the April rent charge to be deducted, as I had given ample notice. ****** never responded to my email, and I verbally stated during my tour on February 25, 2025, that I only needed the space for one month. Poor ******************************** ********, the Community Manager, stated that I needed to provide 30-day notice, but my lease started on March 1, 2025, and I was never shown how to submit this notice. I had to request Wi-Fi and printer access codes, which were provided late, and I was locked out of the building after hours. Despite several attempts to contact ****** and other staff, I received no responses. Incorrect Invoices, After canceling my lease, I received incorrect invoices, including charges for amenities I did not use and restoration services for a time I wouldn't be present.Overall, the lack of proper communication, billing errors, and poor customer service have made my experience highly frustrating. I hope the BBB can assist in resolving these issues promptly.

I have asked them numerous times for a refund but they have yet to send me back my money for the services I never used. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience with Regus. I have encountered significant issues with their customer service and billing practices, which I would like to resolve as soon as possible.I signed up for a Regus service and made an initial payment. ( 03/13/2025) However, shortly after making the payment, I realized that I would not be utilizing any of their offerings, and I decided to cancel the service the very same day.I attempted online & I was unsuccessful. The next two days I made several attempts to contact Regus to cancel the service, but despite my efforts, I did not receive any response until much later. When I finally received an email from Regus, I was informed that there was nothing they could do to cancel the service, even though I never used any of their services. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for a service I did not use or plan to use, and they are now insisting that I continue paying for a 6-month commitment that I neither agreed to nor had any intention of utilizing.I am highly disappointed with the way Regus has handled this situation, especially given that Ive made multiple attempts to cancel and have been met with unhelpful responses. It feels incredibly unfair to be forced into paying for a service that I didnt use and have attempted to cancel.I am requesting that Regus immediately cancel the contract and refund the charges for the services I have not used. I would also like to ensure that this issue is resolved promptly so that it does not negatively affect my credit or result in further financial obligations. I am deeply frustrated by the lack of customer care and transparency and hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible.Account #******** Account name: ************************* 03/13/25: Charged USD ****** 03/15/25: charged USD ****** Initial Phone *************** 03/15/25 Thank You!

Context-I met with ******* and settled on a unit and I was provided an email with a web page agreement. As it was not explicitly stated in the agreement, I noticed that, the payments would be different than what was discussed. I asked for confirmation amts & due dates. She provided the payment amts and schedule for the next 3 m via email. I asked that the contract date be updated to 3/10, if they were unable to provide me keys and access on Friday 3/7 and moved forward in securing the rental. Once you click to agree, the system prompts you to create an account and add a payment method to the "wallet" to reserve. Once logged into the portal, I paid the $700 deposit and I saw a balance due of $2,045.66. This was not at all what had been confirmed by her via email, and I immediately reached out with my concerns. (morning of 3/8), 2 additional charges were auto drafted from my account for the amount of $639.74 and $705.92. I immediately emailed requesting to cancel. 3/10, ******* emailed me saying that I needed to submit a "Termination" if I didn't want to move forward. I am not "Terminating", as I never agreed to the terms/charges and wanted to cancel everything. I explained several times that there are MULTIPLE discrepancies between what I was presented with and confirmed by Sales Rep ******* in writing. They misled, I never received keys and the unit was never held "off-market" in the 14 hrs. She is unresponsive when I ask to be contacted by corporate for this matter to be escalated. This is BAD BUSINESS, purposely dishonest tactics from the Sales Manager (in writing) and unwillingness to work together for a resolution. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact ANYONE and created several inquiries to have someone from corporate reach out. There is no way to speak to anyone by phone, the phone tree will just tell you to contact your local team, which I did, see emails attached, and then auto disconnect you.

I had a previous complaint filed about false and misleading contract and forced payment which has been resolved in my favor. Per the prior complaint - #******** I never moved into or step foot in the unit and the card servicer was able to win the dispute with the information provided, in essence freeing me from the contract. The company is now attempting to charge an "office restoration" fee (to return the unit that I never had possession of to it's original state. I have attempted outreach to EVERY contact I have to get this removed and resolved and no one will respond. I attempted to go into the physical location today to speak to a manger in person, as I am now also being charged late fees for the amount and no one was available. I have attached the invoice and the email correspondence and am requesting a removal of these charges immediately.

Regus required a large upfront deposit for a space that I rented from them but failed to return the retainer after the contract was terminated. The office personnel have acknowledged that the funds are due. They lack a customer service number, forcing all communication through the local office; however, that office does not have access to the accounting department, so they cannot connect with anyone who can resolve the issue.
