Unethical business practices. Do not go with them for your virtual inbox service or for office space. On location staff here are very nice and I've never had issues with them. It's the system and the remote support team that are terrible. Regus switched their payments system over to a new provider and did not notify staff at the Regus office I am a part of. I confirmed this with staff at the office. They did not find out until a whole bunch of their customers called in with complaints that they had fees on their accounts. I was one of these customers with fees. When the payments system was switched over, auto payments were disabled for some users. Notification emails were sent automatically to these customers, but the email that these notifications were sent from were from essentially the receipts address for transaction confirmations (donotreply@). Due to the volume of transactional emails I receive, I filter out this address. Here's the point: Regus is fully aware that they have separate email aliases for important account notifications. I know this because I received an email about account restrictions due to late payments from a separate email alias intended for important emails. Were a company following ethical business practices, they would issue an email to all Regus customers to a unique email alias about the change in payments structure and potential cancellation of auto payments so that people don't end up with late fees. Regus instead sent this email about important account information to the receipts address with what I believe was the intent to gather late fees from customers. Further, they did not inform their staff at their locations to prevent those staff members from notifying their customers. I contacted support at Regus about this and they would not remove the late fee. I fear that some people may not become aware of these late fees until their accounts are sent to collections. This is an unethical business practice.

They are so bad, it must be intentional. When your contract is up at the end of the year, it is virtually impossible to prevent the annual auto-renew. The local office cannot help, the customer support cannot help. Tried to terminate contract in my online account and it never happens. Two years in a row! Unethical, dishonest, and probably fraudulent. And everyone gets very rude when they realize your trying to end the contract. Worst business experience in 32 years of business.

This Place is as far the most deceptive, unprofessional, rude, liars I have ever interacted with, I went and met with the sale representative, and he lied to my face told me he was being nice and explain to me the contact so I didn't have to read it so he read it to me, so he "helped" me to opt out for things and he did NOT actually did it, so since the first month they started charging me for things I did no use, then they were rude all the time, so I literally stopped going, the mail I wasn't even getting it, anyways they were a mess horrible costumer services, bad to my clients, however every time I tried to cancel they didn't want to help, I asked them for the number for corporate headquarters, nobody knew or even intended to give it to me, I canceled and they still wanted to charge me for cancellation even they said there was NO PENALTY, and it was month to month, they KEPT MY MONEY that the were supposed to return, NOBODY RESPOND TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! it has been 6 months, I have been calling and sending emails and nobody take responsibility or help. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE.
