      The company keeps on sending invoice even after you have cancelled the service. They have unfair business practices and do not cancel. your account even after receiving the email. If you try to cancel on the web, you cannot cancel.

      For the past year, I have been renting a room for at least 4 hours for a decent rate. Just as of yesterday I have seen the rates triple for the same room. Called in spoke with ****** the assistant she could not give me an answer. Every time she seems to come up with the answer, it doesn't make sense. She has now forwarded to her Management team ***************

      Horrible company. There are so many hidden fees, it's ridiculous. They took an additional 1 month's rent for a security deposit, that still hasn't been returned. It's been almost 6 months since I left, and after demanding the deposit again today, it still hasn't been returned.

      I've spoken with my community team (****) and nothing has been done, and was told there is nothing that can be done. I DO NOT Feel safe at the ****** Office. The main door to the building is supposed to open with a keys card which the door is always unlocked no matter what time I go to the building (weekends, extended hours late in the evening). The door to the 2nd floor reception area is supposed open with the door card key but again the lock don't work so anyone can walk right on in the building go to the 2nd floor do as they wish to whatever or whomever they find and nothing will be done since the security measures that were said to be put in place before the building opened on September 1, 2022 works at ALL. I DO NOT Feel safe doing business out of the Regus Building. I've spoken with my team (****) as well as the ** of Sales from the ****** location. All that was suggested was **** could transfer me to the ****** branch which is not where my client base is. I cannot put my clients or myself in danger due to the Regus Franchise NOT caring for their clients. I understand that Regus has to pass an inspection and will make sure the door key card readers are working but that is only for the inspection Not for the safety of your clients renting out your office space. **** has reached out and said the things will be up and working SOON but that does not give me any type of reassurance due to it currently not working. This is unforgivable that Regus Franchise is only out for themselves and for the money aspect. Word of mouth travels as well as reviews!

      REGUS, *****************, ETC. is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I have done business with in awhile. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would have given them ZERO stars if it were possible! I had a debit card on file and they changed their credit card billing provider and required customers to reenter card info. Unbeknownst to me, I had accumulated a three month bill because I assumed the correspondence from them was my receipt for my recurring monthly payment. Once I became aware of they had changed companies I proceeded to speak with a representative to find out why I was being charged an addition $31/month. To NO avail, I called ba minimum of fives times and was always given a number to speak with someone in their billing department. Every person I spoke with in billing created a ticket and assured me someone would call to assist me understand the additional charges. I finally received an email that told me not only did I owe for he months they had not run my card but I also owed $130.00 for late fees. Despite the fact that I had multiple emails and calls to the billing department the company was unwilling to waive any of the late fees. I gave my card information in good faith and should not be responsible for late fees after they changed their system. I do not check my email for accounts that have a card on file. THE RESPONSE FROM THE **** SPOKE WITH TODAY WAS WOEFULLY UNACCEPTABLE! I advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. They are thieves and have HORRIBLE customer service!!!

      Look elsewhere! They double charged my initial payment to my credit card which is 4x monthly plan rate and after much hassle only used those funds for future bills instead of refunding me, their contacts are incredibly obtuse and self serving, and it's been 2 months since I requested my retainer refund AFTER my last day there and no sign of it yet even thought the ****************** state i'd receive this within 30 days.

      This was the worst office experience I have ever had and I have rented office space for decades. The billing is ridiculous. I rented office space on September 9th and apparently the rent is due on the 15th. It didn't occur to me when I wrote a check for $3,800 that I didn't pay my first month's rent? September 15th they charged me a $190 late fee. Holy cow. I was renting a closet that shouldn't cost more than that per month. Their space is also grossly overpriced compared to other shared workspaces so do your due diligence...that is on me for not doing so. The sales guy was nice enough when we met with him AND he told us it was furnished and gave ** a sheet of furniture we were told we could pick out. I went to the office manager to order it and she said that wasn't true and that their salespeople say whatever they need to to get tenants. What? I escalated to corporate and got it resolved. We spend the first 2 months with no furniture. I was told there was a $3 per square rehab fee when we move out. They didn't rehab or paint our office before we moved in so I insisted they repaint and fix the holes. I was told it didn't need it. I said I wanted that fee waived when we moved out then. They wouldn't do that so they painted 6 weeks after we moved in. The fridge was broken through Thanksgiving and Christmas so no bringing office treats or your lunch. Someone put Salmon in there and it stunk up the office. Hey, ***************** Buy a new fridge. But no they just left it broken for two months. There is a nice conference room and they lock it when they leave at night. Most of our meetings are in the evenings and even though there is no one there and it is free during the day, they won't leave it open for their customers or allow you to use it after hours. Let me be clear. There are NO perks. Let me say that again. Zero perks. No real upside except a closet and pushy receptionist. They provide a nice shared office but no Internet unless you pay through the

      Horrible company. There are so many hidden terms. i signed up for 3 months and was automatically given a full one-year's contract without my knowing. the reason was that I did not cancel before the end of the 3rd month (but I clicked for 3 months). Then I cancelled immediately and was billed for the whole year and to date months after the year, these criminal company is still sending me invoices. I need help, how do I make this nightmare stop?? And now, they ask the credit union to come for my money that they want to steal from me... who can protect us from these people?

      Signing up for Regus is like being stuck in the movie 'Brazil' by *************************. Similarities include nonstop bureaucratic nonsense, doublespeak, and endless frustration. Regus has a very high turnover of employees; there is no one to have a conversation with about issues, facilities, or leases- its just "your team". Regus hides behind its awful app, where everything is faceless and impersonal. Regus itself is just underwhelming business offices with a coffee machine and a few conference tables. Do not get involved with Regus, they are everyone and one building is just sadder than the last.

      ZERO ************* ACTION LITIGATION due to CORRUPTION, FRAUD, CONSPIRACY and a few more words, may help describe my personal experience with the REGUS COMPANY. Due to massive unfair management practices which is clearly obviously passed down through a pre written script, no matter how many different REGUS representatives across the country you speak to, the call always end with some nearly verbatim resulting statement which ultimately advises you, (Tough cookie, you shall pay this bill as detailed). I have never had a more unprofessional and rude experience from anyone in all my years of doing business in this country. But I got to say, you guys (REGUS) have moved way beyond the gutter. My point is, after our federal government in 2019, shut down the entire country and asked it's great citizens to stay home which most complied, how can REGUS continue on charging and over charging us even up to 40% in penalties .....late fees for closed offices. This cannot be right nor remotely ETHICAL or fair. Some of ** have buried family members from untimely deaths due to COVID. You mention that to rude staff persons who finally get around to answering your calls won't even give the national clich response of "sorry for your loss." These people tell you basically too bad so sad, pay up. These folks make a point of not even sending paper notices to your mailing address on file. The country is shut down and we get nothing in writing except from spam email. What a shamefully deceitful move REGUS. After research and speaking to a few disgruntled REGUS employees, and my having an awesome law team review, class action sounds good to me. If you think I'm speaking alone, think again and read the numerous REGUS reviews prior to this one. A whole lot of folks feel the same, maybe worse.
