I went there for carpotunnel the ** agreed and in the same visit called it arthritis. When I ask which is it she said carpool tunnel but turned around and reported it as arthritis. Even my own doctors told me it was carpotunnel. These people are not there to help you they are there for the company's they work for. Don't be fooled like me

The well-being of the injured worker was not adequately considered. A welder with a fractured toe and an open wound was cleared to return to work without apparent regard for the physical demands of the job or the risk of infection as he cannot place the required steel toe boot on his foot. The potential for particle transfer or exposure to foreign materials entering the wound was not appropriately addressed.

Walked in at 1230p. There were 5-6 ppl at the front desk. Only 3 looked like they were working. Needed a simple employee drug test. I expected to wait awhile. While waiting the front desk lady answered call after call with statements, "We can't help ********** dont do that" etc. I Was done by 1:15p. At least I was out quickly.

They need to be out of business. For a doctor to lie to patients and deny medical certification cards and risk that person's job is insane.

(Ridiculous Occupational Clinics!)"Concentra Urgent no-care", in particular., theses type of so-called medical facilities can't do a "DaRn" thing for injured workers! They are clearly a left-hand for the benefit of both the worker's comp insurance company, and the employer, as they don't care about the injured workers! These idiotic medical assistants, or certain ones, don't do anything except ask you a few questions about how you feel, and quick to assign you some worthless "physical therapy" that usually "worsens" your injury! Rather than assign, or refer you to a real specialist, (Neurologist/Orthopedic) they rather prescribe you drugs, even after seeing only one of your MRI reports, that shows them that you have herniated discs in your spine! And then to top it off, like commit a form of malpractice, that could seriously harm you more by removing you from restricted light duty, when they clearly see that you can perform as normal anymore, prior to your injury. Worse yet, with me, the supposed clinician didn't even look at or obtain my medical report from the physical therapist, to view what my limitations are, which is very critical in the recovery, if possible, from your job injury! (Big Mistake!) And (improper medical practice too!) Which is also a work-comp-law violation! Just to satisfy the real client, the insurance adjuster/company, instead of properly getting correct treatment for the patient/injured employee. That's why it is (Absolutely) imperative to get a skilled worker's compensation attorney, with a proven track record with the courts, to ****************** If you get hurt on the job, and if you have decent insurance, be sure to go to your own doctor, as well as the employers own workers comp doctor! Then you'll level the playing field, and mostly in your favor, especially if you get an attorney!Occupational Clinics are designed for insurance companies and employers, and not recommended for injured workers! "So-Be-Aware!!!"
