      This place should not still be in business. Theres no way a drug and a physical should be more that 3 hours

      I went to the Concentra Center in ***********, ** this morning for a scheduled exam, arriving right at their opening time. However, I was shocked and outraged by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of an employee, an African American woman, who was cursing and complaining before even opening the door. Even after I entered, she continued with an attitude of disdain and muttered under her breath. I felt deeply disrespected and discriminated against, and this experience left me angry and upset. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to, with blatant discrimination that should not be tolerated!

      Concentrate is a fraud medical facility, that is hired for their cheap prices by big companies for physicals, drug test and other medical needs.They are understaffed, your wait for hours, and often will find something wrong with you, so they can send you to another doctor which they are in with!Horrible place, stay away from Concentra! You will regret it!

      Never again. They charge you $50 more than other places and you wait more than 2 hours. This usually takes 25min

      I appreciated the fast times but I felt a little too rushed. I fell extremely hard at work and fractured a rib and the doctor wrote me to go back the same day. I was in severe pain and all my fellow employees that seen the fall were very concerned. I know there is nothing you can really do for your ribs but rest and recover but to go back the same day? I was in extreme pain and am slowly feeling better but this seems like I shouldve been treated with a little more care instead of the toughen up and get back to work type mentality that was displayed. You can tell this place definitely works for your employer and looks out for their(your employers) best interests. I think they thought I was trying to start a lawsuit and or something which I definitely was not, but the doc assured me to toughen up and that I just have to live with it for a month. Get out

      They keep seating for hours. Last time I visited system down. Cannot check, wait wait, eventually paid and entered payment manually. When true bill comes, i see duplicate charges (called and said we did two same tests same billing code) same patient/customer can be treated on a billing code as new, they treat each type of visit as different category. I had to pay total amount all called billing office and did not discounted. just says I understand!Medical service is a lucrative business and professionals are very affluent (number one) in this society. Because the *** system. Get treat first then pay all your monthly income.

      If you go there for your CDL phisycal watch out for the results, they changed my blood pressure numbers, i saw i had 118 over 73, when i reviewed the paperwork, they put 138 over 85. I have 20 20 on my eyes, I told this girl all the letters on column 8, left and right perfectly and on the paperwork she put 20 40, WTF ? I realized all this fraud when I get back home. I'll never go back to this Concentra in *********. If you go there make sure you see all the results before they make you sign anything.

      Was told my money would be refunded and deposited back into my account and its now 2 weeks in and when I call they keep trying bro assure me its coming
