  Concentra the worst especially the one they have in startford **. Someone needs to address this issue this is a medical facility and it's important for cdl drivers. They have no manners and wait is almost 3 hrs just to do a anything which is ridiculous. Someone needs to address these issues with Concentra in ********* **

  The doctors are frauds who work for the company and do not follow their Hippocratic oath of " Not to harm." After assessment, the medical doctor should be able to plan a course of care for the patient. Instead, there is a denial of the patient's complaint and a quick return to work. I was told the following:1. I had to be seen by Concentra on the day an incident elevated my blood pressure. I was attacked. It is common knowledge that stress can cause increased blink rate, breathing, heart rate, or blood pressure elevations. On the day of the incident, I could not find parking to enter the facility and asked to go to the *** I was told I was not authorized to go to the *** Thank Goodness I found a spot four blocks away. I, with elevated blood pressure and headache with a blind spot, had to walk because there was no parking, and I was not authorized to seek care at the ***The treating physician did not want to state my blood pressure which was elevated more by now, by his out measurement. He hesitantly said, " I had a panic attack," and cleared me to return to work immediately. Later today, I received a call telling me my claim was dismissed, and I could see anyone I wished. I was confused, but it was further explained that the student's attack did not cause my injury. I never stated I was injured and had a brief period of elevated blood pressure after the attack. I was seeking care as I was concerned about the effects of high blood pressure can do. If I had a heart attack, I would not have been denied.I'm sure the doctors and staff here need work experience or have sold their souls to the almighty dollar because they hate people. No one with grit, experience, or knowledge would work here. It is not the ***************** but the dregs of society who work heremy humble opinion from the care I received.

  Walk in to this ******* clinic seeking medical physical therapy and was denied medical attention as a private health insurance holder, though my insurance specifically lists this place as one where one can be treated. Concntralas argued that They could not see me because I had an appointment at another location tomorrow and because I worked for the employer I worked for because they only service my employers employees at the other location. I restated that I was seeking medical attention as a private citizen and using my personal insurance and they still denied me attention

  **************** an employee of there's. Calls police gives falls report of being threatened to police. This is because he didn't like someone and decided he would show them. Just like bad cops who abuse there badge. They hide behind there job. When they are the problem. He said he could do this because he has a medical degree and not a foul mouthed mechanic who is nothing.

  I was sent to the ***************** ********** ***** for a random DOT drug test. I chose to go 2 days earlier than required so I went on 11/07/2022. After signing in I informed the collector ************** that I had just used the bathroom before driving there and that I didn't have to go again right away. She returned to where I was seated 10 min later told me to try.
  I submitted specimen and it wasn't enough. I was seated in isolation area to wait until I had to submit again. I got a phone call and was talking to my son and mom. *** stuck her head out of the collection room and accused me of cursing and talking loud. I told her I was not cursing but I immediately hung up the phone. She then came to the area and addressed the issue again berating me. I replied that this wasn't necessary that I had ended the call , she walked away and returned again asking me to follow her into a private room , where she again brought up the subject . I told her that I complied the first time and this was not necessary and I didn't think ** should be in a private room if it didn't have anything to do with the test. I was looking into my phone to avoid eye contact as a de-escalatuon tactic and she said while pointing her finger at my face..YOU NEED TO LOOK ME IN MY EYE WHEN IM TALKING TO YOU..(she said this 2xs the first time she asked the 2nd she demanded) I immediately returned to my chair and 5 min later ********************* approached me and ordered me to leave the bldg under threat of arrest for trespassing. At first he refused to identify ******************************* then gave me his card and only identified *** by her first name. They marked my test as a refusal , then entered 2 different narratives on 2 different specimen forms with the same specimen numbers. 1st order said I left on my own 2nd stated i was orderd to leave. My lawyer has taken this case and is pursuing legal action. My contractors will not use Concentra anymore , the *** is also investigating.
  DO NOT USE THIS CONCENTRA !!

  I was a patient at the Concentra in Van Nuys *****, after I fractured my toe at work. The employees are very hostile and not helpful what's so ever, and the doctor did not listen to any of my concerns. After months of being treated I was still in a lot of pain and the doctor would not hear me out. He then let me know I had to return to work, I tried to explain that I was still in a lot of pain but he ignored me and walked away without allowing me to finish my sentence! This was very frustrating, I was being completely ignored. I decided to go see my personal doctor as I couldn't handle my pain. Turns out I still had a fracture in my toe that has not gotten any better!

  Worst medical center I been to. I was recommended to go to it after I had gone to the ER because I had chest tightness and hoped it wasn't my heart or anything of the sort. I went to go get a workplace accomodation. The doctor, David **** M.D, is the one I had seen at the one in Dayton, OH. Worst guy I have ever met.
  
  Not only did he gaslit me and twisted my words relaying what my workplace had said, but he was being racist towards me as well and it was very uncomfortable. My chest tightness/chest pain wasn't grounds to get workplace accomodations because I wasn't physically injured, even though he wrote on the paperwork that I wasn't best suited to lift heavy items, but said I can return to full work. That was the contradiction he refused to fix and specify to my job when they asked for it to be specified. He also claimed that my job has never asked that of him and continued twisting my words. Avoid this place at all cost and their doctors. They don't know what they're doing and all they do is waste your time.
