  I was required to use Concentra for a pre-employment physical for a new job. It was a pretty extensive test requiring hearing, ***************, urine specimen, bloodwork, etc. The new employer told me it would take 2-3 hours. It took over four hours. I was the first person inside the clinic at 7 am on a Tuesday. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get called back, while the waiting room cleared of everyone else around me. At one point the nurse left the room to get the bloodwork stuff. She was gone a half hour. Just to get the blood vials and needle. Then I had to see the doctor. I waited another 45 minutes for him to come into the room. Front desk person was very **** and seemed impatient with my questions. Not a place I would ever go if I had a choice.

  I went for a dot physical I was there at 6:50 am my appointment was for 7 am. There was a line when got up to front I checked in with them. I waited an hour I ask the lady in the front why I was being skip when i had appointment she said I was late I got mad told her I was not late she kept telling me I was she rude. I want to avoid going there I think they are worst place ever

  Went in for my *** physical today as part of my return to duty after having had neck surgery in August and a total knee replacement in September. I asked NOT to have my neck measured as 1. my neck is still slightly tender to touch and 2. the neck measurement procedure is NOT an FMCSA nor a *** mandate/requirement. When I asked the on-duty doc (older guy) to please show me where exactly the requirement is written for the neck measurement, he responded with it was HIS requirement and if I didn't comply, I could leave. So I left.So, Concentra is pushing an agenda that is NOT A REQUIREMENT to obtaining my medical card. This strong-arm tactic is wrong, plain and simple. The good doctor is required to follow what the *** and FMCSA has legally adopted; the neck measurement is not one of those things.Doc, you might want to consider staying in your lane before you get sued. I know my rights and I sure as heck won't bow down to people like you pushing an agenda. My company has been notified on your questionable practice; I also filed a formal complaint with the *** and FMCSA (NCCDB).

  This company is known to fail people with high blood pressure. They dont let you rest after you race back there and moving around knowing blood pressure moves at every movement. I hate this place and staff

  The only reason I wouldnt give it 1 star is that they did not waste more of my time. I was going for a drug test and physical for a position I had been hired to fill. Concentra is the facility they contract for new hires. I drive 55 miles to the office in *************** its closed due due lack of power as per note taped to door and that you can go to the *****/Miami location its 10 miles further. I arrive in ***** to a disorganized mess of a reception area. Workers are demonstrably unfit about the extra volume site to closure. Wait 2 and a half hours then they ask for me to fill out paperwork take we me to drug test and part of the physical. They leave me in an exam room to freeze for ******************************************************** out. At the end of the exam he reads that I have a defibrillator implanted in my chest. Mind you the information its on a medical declaration form they have had in hand for about 2 hours I has filled out. He tells me your disqualified get dressed. A job would not be forthcoming. Tells me to sit over there and wait for my paper work. There was nothing I needed from them so I left. Why would they want me to wait. I assure you that I would not be framing the paperwork.

  The doctor, I saw at Concentra, did no tests!!! I couldnt understand, why, the week after my final visit to Concentra. I couldnt yawn! In the years later, still my ability to yawn, never came back. Lots of doctors couldnt figure out why I couldnt yawn! My conclusion: The injury on the job, I had, resulted in damage nerve damage! I think, has medical tests been done from this On The Job Injury, if Concentra did tests, this nerve damage could have been prevented! Maybe because of the nerve damage, this may explain why, now, I probably have kidney disease!.Thanks Concentra!

  Appointment made for pre-employment physical where they only needed to collect a pre-filled questionnaire and a hair sample. Went on my lunch hour and the appointment which was very simple and short took me 90 minutes. Terrible service. Would NEVER recommend Concentra.

  October 20th I went in for a medical card, and was shocked on how bad I was treated by the nurse **** and short grey haired Dr, who prior to entering the room where I was waiting to see the doctor uttered softly about me; Ill handle this ****, a half a second later knocked then entered. I can only assume he got all enraged over what his nurse assistant told him, which was how I was feeling using the c pap, which was dehydration and physically sick. Then he refused me the card, which kept me out of work for a week.

  The worst facility ever. Terrible organization. Im required to use Concentra by my company. No sense of urgency, they do not take appointments and I have never been in and out in less than 2 hours.

  By far the workplace to work at They treat you like dirt. Dont entertain employment
