      This apartment complex removes all negative reviews from their website. I tried to post one several times and it would not allow me to. They think people are stupid and cannot figure that out. When I moved in almost two years ago, I REALLY worked hard to overcome my anxiety I felt after I read all of the horrible reviews about this property. I mean, there were A LOT! So I suppose now the Anthony's solution is to just DELETE all bad reviews so nobody can see them. How is that allowed? They will nickel and dime you to death. They will charge a $200 late fee for one day late rent. BUT they will tack on an additional $236 fee saying that it is the "market concession fee". So, that is a total of $436 charged for one day paying rent late. This property takes advantage of their residents in every way that they can. Their trash valet company will not pick up all of the trash, leaving bags outside overnight where animals then tear up the bags and spread the garbage all over the property. STAY AWAY from this property. Their building fixtures are old, their bathrooms are gross and their management is poor. They close their office up to 30 minutes before their sign says they close because they do not honor their posted hours. Here is the MOST concerning part- BEFORE you move in, they automatically decline you and MAKE you purchase a bond that cost THOUSANDS of dollars. Then they pocket that bond money and charge you deposit and rent and keep all of that money. Then, even after paying on time for that contract year, they make you buy the bond again! THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

      DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've lived here for 2 years now and have had problems since! First the gate has been broken since after a month of me moving here. It has never been fixed or even attempted to be fixed. 2nd they are SCAMMERS!! Always trying to pull a fast one and get extra money out of me. 3rd work orders take FOREVER to get resolved! It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my sink bathtub and my sons toilet to be fixed. Their toilet keeps running and my water bill is going to be so high. I've called numerous times and they tell me someone will be out that day or they will call me back but neither of those things happen. I CAN NOT wait to leave here. The only reason why I signed a second lease was because I was 7 months pregnant at the time. They also didn't renew my lease on time. It ended in January 2022 and I kept calling and emailing them regarding it with no response. Finally in February they made me a new lease but with a different than what I had signed in November (they need a 60 day notice if you're going to leave or stay) I had brought this up to them and they said they had to regenerate it their system. 😑 I fricken hate this place and can't wait to leave!!! Don't even bother with this company. It's all whack! Oh! And I got a carpet cleaner because I have a cleaning business and tested it out on the carpets and they carpets were BLACK! I had seen them clean the apartment next to me when the people moved out. They DO NOT change the carpets. They just vacuum them. I have also found bed bugs in the apartment on my curtains near the window. I have mattress protectors on all of our beds but in the lease there's a whole section regarding bed bugs. It's so bad here. Everything is bad. I hate it here.

      Lisa O**** reached out to me on July 29, 2022 and we schedule for her to come on August 3, 2022 at 10am and she has not showed up. I did email her asking if she is still able to make it and I have no received a response yet. I called the apartments and left a message. I am beyond pissed at this point. This is so unprofessional!
