After listening to my concerns, she detailed her next steps to getting my problem resolved, and even provided me with her direct contact number should follow up be required. Well done ******!       100% FRAUD. I thought I was helping my granddaughter with a policy as a student. I called these people and they said 100% refund within 30 days if I change my mind. After 10 minutes of speaking with the agent my granddaughter came over and said she was insured with U of M. Strata refused to refund me. Each agent I speak with has a different answer., One said, refund within 10 business days. Today, they say, not till Sept 30. I am calling my bank ,

      Excellent help and explanation of what to do about it all -- the stealing of our information. So sorry tis happened but our world is crazy now -- we all know that.
