  I ordered one item for which a paid a shipping fee. However they charged me a $49.97 fee for a subscription. I did not authorize a subscription and they told me the refund was being handled with 3-5 business days. I now have received my new monthly credit card bill and the refund has not appeared and there are three more charges for $49.97 each on my new bill. This company is scamming people and needs to be shut down.

  I'm seeing re-occurring charges each month that I did not approve. After looking into, I'm obviously not the only one that has been taken advantage of! I don't even want to leave one star on this review :(

  Operating under the name "My Crisis Gear", they tried to charge my account for items I did not authorize or request. My credit card company alerted me to the charge before it went through. Be careful when ordering anything from this company.

  December 6, 2022, I ordered a flashlight for $10.95 which was pasted to my credit card the same day. Yesterday, December 20, 2022, my credit card company warned me of a suspect charge of $49.97 by MY CRISIS GEAR. I did not authorize the charge and the charge is being denied as will any future charges by this company or any of their associate company names.

  I was charged twice. There is no answer to the phone number listed on website. I sent two emails to support@mcg. I got a response that was not even directed to my complaint. $100 is not enough to go to small claims court. I avoid social media but I will reactivate accounts in order to warn consumers that this is at the very least a very disorganized group. Most likely a group of people who have created an elaborate mechanism is steal from trusting consumers.

  I ordered some products in August of 2022. Decent price and what appears to be decent products. Ordered some for Christmas presents and keeping one for myself. Since then I have occurred 3 charges for ***** each on 8/05, 9/05 and again on 10/03. I was able to dispute the 8/05 and 9/05 charges with my bank but have to wait until the 9/05 charge, posts as paid. I have read if one signs up for this newsletter there is a monthly fee. It sure was not obvious or even clear that one would incur this type of monthly charge for a news letter and not even sure what it is unless it was for email notifications of what else they were selling. So paying for a newsletter that is primarily for them to sell more products is a huge rip-off/scam in my book. Bank did mention that some business are able to continue with their monthly charges even if it is on the previous credit card number which I cancelled today. Cancel my subscription to this newsletter. Do not charge me again please. Also sending this by email directly to them.

  I ordered a knife and received it like promised.But then I was charged over $59.00 a mo for 2 months before I caught it.After involving my credit card company,they reimbursed the two charges.But now August 11th they've charged me another $39 plus change and I haven't ordered anything.

  Deceptive tactics. I ordered a knife and ended up with months of charges of $39.97 for a product I did not subscribe to. When you place an order they automatically enroll you in a subscription. I was refunded part of my subscriptions costs but that took a few tries to get and both times they told me that was all they could do but then refunded another month. BEWARE of ordering from a deceptive company with terrible customer service.

  I ordered 2 laser sights from My Crisis Gear and have not received anything. They were advertised as free with $29.90 shipping and handling fee and an additional $1.00 NSRA trial which I want to cancel, but I am unable to get any response from the company
