    Hello,
    Ordered Yoda 1 comic $8.70 from unknown comic on April 19. From eBay. Got damaged comic ad says guarantee more than 9.2 grade. Sent text told I was wrong. Sent official CGC grading guidelines and ok with return. Was given until May 16 next to mail comic back. (Actually get 30 days for ******* returns.) Comic arrived approximately April 22. I am given less then 30 days to return. I am disabled Vet and unable to access post office in that timeframe. I sent text message on 5/18 telling story of circumstances and if they could help. But no avail as no response at all. The phone number you call goes to messages that says to reached after closing hours so I can speak to no one. Saw the reviews on **** and they are not good. I am on a limited budget that is my issue. My second problem is personal I was stationed at Fort *** ******* and Fort *****, never had poor dealings in Texas, this was my home, I am sorry. Thank you for your time and help.

    The order is 5 months late, and communications with this seller are non-existent. They seem to have lost the ability to use their opposable thumbs.

    I purchased a CGC virgen copy of Spiderboy issue #1. This purchase was in 08/2023. I’ve tried contacting them through their phone number. No one answers the phone. And no one can leave a message on their voicemail because voicemail is full. The only way I’ve been able to communicate is through email. And they take a couple of days before they answer your email. To no success I have not received the book I purchased. It’s been almost a 1 an 1/2. And still no book.

    I have two outstanding orders with this company.
    Order #***** was promised to me by 12/27/2023.
    Order #****** was promised to me by 6/26/2024.

    I have emailed the company repeatedly requesting a refund for these two orders and have never received a reply or my money back. These orders were placed as “pre-orders” and a waiting period was understood but over a year and over 7 months with zero explanation or replies to my emails is unacceptable.

    I have demanded a refund from this company for these orders repeatedly and I am asking for help from the BBB in obtaining my refund.

    Purchase was made online at *****************.com on 11/20/2023. One item was supposed to ship by May of 2024 and has not shipped.
    I have contacted the business multiple times with no specific answers.

    Hello I have purchased two articles from the company unknown comic books totalling $260 , order number # ******. This purchase was made on September 22 2023, and the estimated delivery date was for 5/29/24. I had brief communication with the seller but now I have no longer any communication with the seller . I have sent various emails with no response . I am aware that emails take time to response but on their website they say 2 to 3 days to respond to an email, they have still not responded to my July 12 email. I have sent more than one email but still no success. I did not know before hand but they have a reputation to doing this type of behavior frequently to their customers ,according to reviews found on the internet. I would like a full refund since they are not responding and now it is started to look like theft .

    We went to a comic book signing to meet ***** ****/***** at the end of March 2024 in at Legends Comics in Clovis CA. We paid to have her sign a 20 year old comic that my grandfather whom passed away gave me and the owner stated for an additional price he could take it to the next comic con and have **/****** sign it then send it to CGC to get graded. We paid the additional fees. He stated it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 7 months. I have called nearly 100 times no answer and you can't leave a voicemail. I have emailed customer support with nothing other than a computer generated response. They have horrible reviews about keeping people's items.We have contacted an attorney and will send an intent to sue if this does not work. We contacted CGC and spoke with *****. Our comic was never sent to them nor do they have it. This is utterly unprofessional and ridiculous. The comic book itself is something I can't replace. I want my item back and graded which is what I paid for. I can't even get an order number from them. Their reviews show people still waiting after 2 years!

    I made a purchase on 9/4/23, with an ETA 3/27/24. In may I reached out to them since it was 2 months past the ETA and the response was the shipping team is performing an audit and it should ship soon. I reached out again in June and received the same response, the shipping team is performing an audit and it should ship soon. I reached out again in July and received the same message, the shipping team is performing an audit and it should ship soon. I reached back out and said this is what I have been told the past 3 months, how long could a audit take? The response I then received the team is busy at cons and it will ship after San Diego comic con, which was the end of July. Since it is another 2 months since that email I reached out again just asking for a refund since I do not believe they will ever ship my purchase. This email has gone unanswered. I had a 50% off coupon that they sent out that I used so I'm assuming this is why they are never shipping it, a CGC comic they list for $150 I purchased for $70.

    I placed an order for comic books in July of 2023. To date my order has not been fulfilled, and customer service is unresponsive to multiple emails and phone calls. I'd like either my items or my money refunded.
