    On March 26, 2022 I ordered a CGC 9.8 Blue Label book - which means that book is graded by the CGC company and encased in a protective sleeve from Unknown Comics. It was paid in full on the same day, which included shipping in total of $90.26. As per all sites detailing book deliveries - this book was published on December 20, 2022. As of February 19, 2023, I still did not have the book so I reached out to Unknown Comics via their website (which you contact them through a chat box) 3 times and when I did not hear from them within 48 hours I then emailed them on February 21, 2023. On February 22nd, I received a response from the retailer and I was informed that they did not have the book yet - even though it was published and retailers receive the book the day prior of publishing or the day after publishing to sell. Side note: all new weekly comic books are received Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays depending on the publisher. Since this book was published on December 20, 2022 - it would have been in stores and shipped to retailers for December 21, 2022. In the Unknown Comics' email, included in the attachments, it was stated that they received the books "yesterday." The email was written on February 22nd so that would mean that the book was received February 21st - which does not make sense at all since it was published on December 20, 2022 and I actually have a non-graded copy that I bought on December 21st. In any event, on March 13th I reached back out to Unknown Comics and referenced their February 22nd email. It states that they will respond within 72 hours - I never heard back from them. Also, I ordered from their company and paid in full the day of the order in good faith. Their policy states that orders cannot be canceled after 10 days. Again, I paid in full and if a book is not going to be delivered for 9 months - how can I cancel the order? Their policy does not make sense especially for pre-orders. It was paid for and I do not have the item.

    I paid $68.45 for a graded comic book that was due to arrive in October of 2022. As of today 2/14/23 I have not received my book and continue to get the run around from Unknown Comics

    I ordered a comic book for $125 and paid on March 16, 2022. This became order Number XXXXXX.
    At some point later I received an email that the shipment was damaged and a new shipment was on wait. This was when the book was moved to another order (#XXXXXX) placed April 24, 2022.
    When this order arrived, Sept 7, 2022, the book in question was missing and next to it, on the invoice, was the hand-written word 'refund'. Yet, I received no refund. When I contacted Unknown Comic Books, I was told that the book was part of a "Buy-Three-Get-Three-Free" promotion and my money would not be refunded.
    So, in short, I paid $125 for a comic I'm not getting and I'm not getting a refund either...
    They no longer respond to my emails.

    Date of transaction was May 30th the amount of $72.02. The order number is #XXXXXX and the tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
    I waited nearly 3 months for my order and they sent it to my old address even though I confirmed a change of address, which they say i never submitted. I had to get forwarded through the post office to my current address. When I got my items, 2 books were damaged. One is slightly but the other significantly. I reached out and they told me it was the post offices issue and to contact USPS for a refund. USPS won't allow me to refund my damaged item.
