      We took over a lease agreement from the previous owner. ******** sold the company to SunStrong due to bankrupsy. Our solar has not been working since at least January. I've filed several complaints with ******** online and over the phone and via email. They do not respond to emails and it's hard to get through over the phone. It took almost 2 months for them to send a technician to my house and the problem has not been fixed. I had them reopen the case weeks ago and they have not sent someone back. Meanwhile - we are being charged $230 a month for a service that hasn't worked properly since January. They will not refund us the money nor will they fix our equipment. I have since incurred almost $1000 of additional bills from *** for the creation and delivery of energy due to the solar not working. We cannot get out of our lease until 2036 and they cannot and will not fix our equipment. If they can't fix it, I want it removed and we will go with another vendor. If they need more time to repair it - I want to be paid back for the months it didn't work and for all the additional PGE bills. I filed my first complaint in Feb. I'd like to be reimbursed for Feb - May $230 x 4 = $920 and my PGE bills for Feb: $185.00, March: $197.40, April: $92.53, May true up that we have never had to pay before when our solar was working: $639.46. PGE total: $1,114.39. PGE + SunStrong = $920 + $1114.39 = $2034.39 we would like to be refunded and I'd like my solar to be up and working by the end of May so I don't incur more bills since they are unable to service the equipment or simply won't do it in a timely manner. After sending someone out - it still doesn't work and there is not sense of urgency. The girl over the phone told me I could file a complaint but it won't really do anything and that everyone is having issues. This concerns me - yet they keep charging me and now *** is as well due to their incompetency.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have already submitted multiple online requests for service. I've also filed a formal complaint. The girl over the phone told me it will probably do nothing. Nobody ever contacted me to trouble shoot the system as stated in the form letter. I received this same letter on Feb 25 and they did not do what they said they would do.  They sent someone out on April 9th which is 7 weeks after I received that same letter and the technician told me the system was fine. The system is still not producing power. I called and had them reopen the request for service weeks ago. I have still not been contacted after being told they would expedite the issue. I asked the service technician to come back out immediately after I discovered it's still not working and he said we had to contact SunStrong. I'm still waiting. It's been months and our system is still not producing power. I need this fixed immediately. I'm paying for a system that doesn't work and being charged for *** at the same time. I'm currently out over $2000. I need my system fixed at minimum and need to be reimbursed.

      Sunstrong Management is the company that monitors and leases our solar system on our residence. The system is currently not working and we have been emailing, calling and requesting someone to come diagnose the problem and repair it with no avail. We have to pay the lease payments every month and we are not getting any solor power while the system is down so then we are getting a bill from ***, electric company, as well. This will be the 5th time the whole system broke is 9 years, last time it was down for 8 months. Please help us make them repair the system that they lease to us.

      I have a solar lease with Sunstrong. My house was hit by a car and the meter/electrical box were damaged and need repair. This is outside my realm of responsibility as I was not at fault. I have tried for four months to get Sunstrong to issue a repair order. I have sent numerous emails while my home was getting repaired, requested a supervisor and have gotten nowhere. I have continued to pay my lease and high electric bills with no resolution from Sunstrong and no date for any repair. I have also let them know that I need to sell my home and that this is keeping me from doing so. It is unethical for them to not provide any assistance as well as a potential violation of the lease agreement.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      While I appreciate that after 4 months of no action despite my repeated attempts, Sunstrong took action based on this complaint, my unit is still not functioning.

      A repair order was placed and it is partly fixed but since I have not heard from anyone as to a timeline until the solar is fully functioning again.

      I have paid higher APS bills for almost five months and continued to pay my lease.  My house is for sale and this is costing me money.
