    I just find it hard to understand why these guys would deny me an account without disclosing as to why. I have four retail online businesses that I was looking for better shipping rates since the sizes of my products have become larger. I have legitimate businesses including EIN number and all. Some date back to 2017 so it's not like I'm new around the block. Even the online support had a condescending diction. Who knows what they wouldn't disclose if I actually did business with these guys.

    from time to time they charge my account and claim "overdraft" and their customer support don't show any report that supports their claim. This is fraud.

    This is as much an admonishment of ******* **** wouldn't process my shipping label to send a sale to *****. I try to be a good seller. Forced to sign up for shipstation, ok, I'll do a trial. Have to upgrade for globalpost? I'm in this deep, why not? ********** provided no tracking. **** refunded the buyer because there is no tracking. I contact globalpost they say they have no record of shipment. I provided proof of shipping, they say they will return it to me. I keep calling back it is a different story every time. They maybe delivered the package? They have no tracking but mark it as delivered and won't cover my insurance. So, I paid $100 to send someone a package. F$#%ing worthless. They're stealing from me and have no answer or accountability. Tried over and over and over. No one helps. Shipstation said they won't cover it since I'm paying for a service. I said I didn't receive any service... no help.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They found my credit card information and charged me $890 for some kind of money order/gift card to their business. There is fraudulent activity going on here.

    Absolute garbage service. Everything gets (unfairly) adjusted without explanation. Plenty of other services available that don't do that. Shameful.

    I signed up for a trial and unfortunately used my real phone number. They call me NONSTOP. I deleted my account and they still call me. I sent them an email requesting they stop calling me. They still call me. I blocked their number and they call from another number. They leave me messages as if I still have an account. I will never use them again.

    Stay away from this company used them bc they are linked to PayPal. Most of the labels I purchased were priority one rate packages and doesnt require a weight dimension unless its over 80lb I used the medium box and weight turned out to be 1.96 more than I put they charged my account of $7.17 today and its not first time other day I was charged $12 extra for not the weight but the box demension was wrong and in third occasion they adjusted it again of $2 some cents which wasnt bad again one rate package doesnt require any demension or a weight and just to clarify my packages weight wasnt over than 8LBs. If there were a zero star ?? I would give this thief company:(

    I went through his company thinking it was legit. Before I could create a shipping label, the system required me to add funds of $20. I created a label, and they charged me $8.7. The label never printed, and the company took the rest of my funds. I spent two hours in a chat that never went anywhere. They had no intention of giving me my money back.

    It's a convenient service but I've had a lot of problems recently and it's impossible to contact anyone to solve an issue because the charges come from the post office. I was going to send a package to my son on December of 2023 but my wife added some stuff to it after I had printed and paid for the label. I needed another label and canceled the old one and requested a refund. I sent the package with the new label, no issues. About 3 months later I got a message from Shipstation saying the post office charged me for that label and the tracking showed while the label was printed and cancelled in December, it was delivered in March. I didn't do that and have no idea what that was. It' almost looked lie the info was fabricated. My son didn't receive anything on that day either. I tried contracting Shipstation and **** and got no good answers. I'm out the $4.09. I've also had a lot of scam emails regarding Shipstation, I don't know if this is at al related but I've been using this for years and the last 4 or 5 months it's been a nightmare.
