    I own a small **** store. I signed with shipstation to save money on the insane shipping rates. They promised me $3.65 .... I never received that rate once. All they did was give me BS excuses and I lost a lot of money in unnecessary costs. This place is a joke

    Shipstaion is GARBAGE there is no way they last much longer. Stamps.com bought shipstaion and they are not capable of communicating with eachother and if you try to resovle an issuse you get sent back and forth. The Stamps.com customer service agent was great and got me a refund I think the shipstaion customer service member on my chat was lying to me AVOID SHIPSTATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
    The account would not allow us to add funds to pay for labels. We have tried to call our trial manager over and over again, but he is too busy. The IT department refuses to help onboard us over the phone and the live chat representative, after 3 hours of chatting, said he will just have to escalate via email. The live chat representative made sure to have an attitude via chat as well.
    When you call them, the auto-attendant tells you to go the website and clicks on you.
    Horrible experience, and this is us begging them to TAKE money. I can't imagine what other issues we will have in the future. One monthly fee lost, but Thank God that's all it was.
    Keep in mind, our first shipment is 30 packages! If not for the amazing relationship we have with our customer, we would have lost the account for sure.
    This is a classic corporation that couldn't give a hoot about the small business account, except they just last a fairly large one.
    STAY AWAY!

    I think all of these reviews are spot on. If I could find another way to make mailing labels I would. I have tried for months to get help. The directions on the ship station account don't work.I do like the way it works...when it works. But, boy, if you need help, you can't get it.They say they have a way to contact support though a widget and do an online chat....but I've tried and there is NO WIDGET.So frustrating. time to find a new vendor for shipping.

    good until you have a problem, then good luck. Chat help only- I assume they are under staffed. I do not trust a company with no phone number for support at all levels.

    ShipStation has been billing me thru paypall and I have never opened an account and do not ship anything and was never able to speak to anyone in person only via email and they can not stop or investigate the fraud

    I purchased 2 labels from them on december 18th and it immediately took out the money from my cash app card. Then all of the sudden on december 23rd at 7:10am they stole $3.91 from my cash app card. Now I don't have an account with them, my niece does. She was the one who helped me buy the 2 labels on december 18th. So I contacted them and let them know they stole $3.91 from my cash app card and all they did was give me the run around. I even had proof from my cash app that they stole it. I've been going back and forth with them for the last week or so. I was talking to some guy named ************** He kept asking for a transaction ID and I kept telling him I don't have one because it wasn't a transaction, they just stole my money. Then he told me to talk to paypal which I did because my niece said something about going through paypal. Paypal didn't see anything. Plus cash app said shipstation st. took my money. So I talked to him again and he kept asking to speak to my niece. I kept telling him she wasn't gonna help me out. She said when she tried to talk to them in the chat, all she got was questions. Plus I gave him the only email address she has with them. She has 3 accounts with them. He could've look through those accounts and seen the first 2 times where I paid for the labels(which I authorized). I know they have access to it. He could've seen I was telling the truth. He still kept asking the same thing over and over again. Not doing anything about it. He even told me so. Just yesterday he told me to talk to stamps.com giving more and more excuses not to give me my money back. Thankfully I made a dispute with **** app and they got my money back for me yesterday. $3.91 doesn't seem like a lot of money but it is to me because I don't have money to lose like that. I highly recommend not patronizing these thieves. I won't again. I even have them blocked. They are a shiesty and shady "business"! Don't leave your info on the site! My niece did with mine. Big mistake!

    Customer support is absolutely the worst Ive experienced. Ive been dealing with a support issue for FOUR MONTHS, most of the time without a response and still no resolution. Suggest researching alternatives at this point. Im amazed that their parent (stamps.com) allow this to continue

    ShipStation constantly breaks features of their software with updates. They do absolutely nothing to fix the bugs and outages, claim they can't repro them and then close your ticket. They force you into "new versions" that do nothing but remove existing features. Worst customer service, worst development team. I have not been able to conduct my accounting operations for months due to them breaking the *** integration with updates. I am leaving the software as soon as I find the right replacement. I caution every prospective customer of theirs to stay away.
