    The last three times I sent packages internationally through ShipStation, they have taken additional money off my credit card through PayPal, after I have paid the proper and quoted price, claiming the item was not weighed properly, when unequivoocally, the items were weighed properly. When reaching out to customer service they pretend they care and want to help but need "evidence" that I weighed it correctly, which is of course, impossible. They will not acknowledge the possibility that something is going chronically wrong on their end, either with them or the shipping service they use, Global Post--instead, they dismiss my concerns of my credit cards being used for fraudulent reasons.

    Why are my shipstation label through PayPal being double charged from my PayPal balance and through my personal bank account . CSR agents are no help ?

    They are double charging me for shipping labels. I have reached out and have allowed them a couple months to look into this and get back to me and NOTHING... HORRIBLE customer service and support!! What your purchases for double charges for the same labels!!!

    We have had issues with Shipstation for several months. When you calculate for a quote it will show you one price but by the time you crate the label it will increase. This happens time and time again and their customer service team will not help. Its vey frustrating and to me seems like fraud on shipstations part. Something needs to be done.

    Horrible!!! Deposited funds and they are gone, no one would help, just kept asking for more info that was and had been provided. Total joke!

    Horrible Stay away Terrible customer service.The sales rep and customer service provide misinformation and False information.They DI NOT answe their phone.Website is different and confusing.Free trial is a scam to get your credit card number

    Horrible customer service there is no way to talk to a person after your trial period. If anything does go wrong plan to spend hours fixing it yourself because they certainly will not help you.

    I was charged for failed shipping labels. Shipstation refuses to refund the money. They owe me $844.89. *** refunded the money to them the day I tried purchasing labels. First they said 3-5 days, then they said it would take 4-5 weeks! I tried calling then after 1 hour on hold, their phone system hung up on me saying they weren't taking any calls. Their ticket system just marks all tickets as "solved" instead of really solving them. Their website has no accounting to show the money owed me. Maybe they think I will forget about $844.89 owed me if it takes long enough!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHIPSTATION!!! They are crooks!!!

    Shipstation constantly advertises pricing way below competitors, and then bill the difference after the fact as a "Price Adjustment" **** BEWARE!!!!**** the customer service is a 0 out of 5 stars. Non existent. Its a scam, rigged system. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and yes some pricing is better than competitors but the constant "Price adjustments" are complete BS
