      I paid 26 98 for a calendar I never received. It was shipped 12/29/22. No updates on *** site other than the last one being back in **** on the same day it was in ********** **!

      I ordered 8 calendars on 12/9/22, and received shipping information on 12/15/22. The shipping information stopped updating on 12/21/22, and I have still not received my package. I tried to contact the company via email before the New Year and have not received any communication from them. The calendars were supposed to be a gift for coworkers, and I spent a good amount of money on the 8 calendars and would like to receive them.

      In November I ordered 5 Calendars. When the box arrived there were only 4 though the invoice stated they were all included. The order number is *******. I e-mailed on Dec. 13th.. no response. On Dec. 16th I called the phone number provided and was on hold for 40 minutes. I called again later that afternoon and gave up after 70 minutes on hold.I left my number for a call back. No call back. I e-mailed again on Dec. 17th... I have had no response from this company. I would like to have a refund for the item that was not delivered... The America the Beautiful desk calendar.

      I am unable to get a response from customer service, I have emailed twice and called multiple times. They give the option for callback, and are calling people for **** seconds to make the call come through and immediately be missed. Then you have to call back and start all over. It took more than 3 hours to get a call back. I am calling because my items were shipped December 14th and I still have not received them December 30th (missed Christmas). They have not been given to **** per tracking. That is longer than the *** 10 business days they say on the website.

      I placed an order on December 11th 2022 for a wall calendar for my mom in ********. It should have gotten there before Christmas. When it didn't I tried several times to get a hold of the company to find out what was going on but their chat function on their website does not work. I tried calling at least five times and I was on hold until I could hold no longer. I sent an email they sent an automated reply that said when they could they would address my situation. When you pay $20 for a calendar and you order it that much ahead of time and pay shipping cost it does seem as though one would get better customer service than this for years they were a great company to deal with over the past 3 years it's gotten increasingly worse. I will not purchase from these people again you can buy the same calendars on Amazon and have it delivered in less than a week. Very disappointed in this company.

      I am sorry you haven't been able to get through. We have been flooded with contacts the past two weeks due to all the weather and other delivery delays. I show the package was delivered on 12/19 to the following address:

      This is the address in the warehouse system. Did you, by any chance, call in to request a chance in address? Because I see in the order a completely different address but no notes it was updated. I want to ensure it was human error and not technical error.

      Did you want me to send a replacement to your mom in KY or issue a refund? This original package is delivered, so I can't do anything to re-route.

      I purchased a calendar on 12/6/22. It was given a tracking number and was shipped on 12/13/22 from *****. On 12/16/22 it was sent to **** in my hometown in NY. On 12/17/22 tracking said it was in CT. Today is 12/28/22 and there have been zero updates of where my calendar is. I emailed the company and have heard no response and I've called and been on hold for an hour and nobody ever picked up. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor customer service and still have not received my package.

      On 12/14 I made an on-line purchase, Order #*******. Website states it has shipped, but tracking indicates it was not picked up. I have called customer service twice with no answer. Also emailed 12/26 with no response.Item never received. I want the order canceled and my credit card pending charges for purchase and shipping withdrawn. Thank you.

      I placed an order with Calendars.com on 11/28/2022 for four items. Three items arrived and the packing slip noted a quantity of 0 for the fourth item (American Kitchen 2023 Wall Calendar). I have been patiently waiting for the company to ship the back ordered item, but this morning I realized that the shipping notification email sent to me on 12/06/2022 indicates all four items were shipped together. I have spent a miserable 44 minutes on hold waiting for customer support. The acoustics while on hold were horrible. The outgoing message state We are experiencing higher than normal call volume. This excuse is grossly overused nowadays and very annoying. After 44 minutes on hold, I have resorted to the option of leaving a callback request. I hold very little hope of hearing back from the company today. I should not have to go through such a painful process in order to report to the company their clerical error which has left me short an item. I would like to hear from this company today with an apology and a solution. I would like the American Kitchen 2023 Wall Calendar shipped to me immediately. I would like to have the calendar by January 1, 2023 since I ordered it a month ago.

      I placed an order for Christmas presents back on December 8 and to date (December 28) I have not received this order. My credit card has, of course, been charged. They claim the order was shipped on December 14, almost a week after it was placed. On December 24, I then asked for a refund for my order ($64.30) and have had no response from them.

      These were due for Christmas. I ordered on December 8, reasonably expecting them to arrive in time. Its unfortunate that you had issues with your shipping but my recipients should not be expected to wait til were all together again to receive their calendars. We have not had other issues with other vendors from around the country getting our orders packaged and sent on a timely basis, and so respectfully request a refund.

      Hello my name is *****, I ordered a calender from calenders.com on Nov 25, 2022. I have not been able to get in touch with customer service, I've emailed them 3x now. I found the confirmation email lost in my spam box, looked up the order# and the page won't work. Tried again today, it says my order is cancelled! I was never notified, and the money was never replaced to my account. I just want the 1 calender I ordered a month ago or my money back.

      Your order was just cancelled yesterday for inventory issues and your card was fully refunded.

      I suspect we did not receive our full order from the vendor.

      Our typical process is to send an email notification prior to cancelling, but I am checking with the person to manages that process if she is following our standard operating procedure.

      Is there another title you would like? I am happy to send a title of equal value free of charge for the inconvenience.
