      I placed and order for three calendars from Calendars.com. The order was #*******.This order was not correctly sent. A label with my address was attached to a completely different envelope with a completely different order inside. I did not receive the 3 calendars I ordered. I contacted them via the only method I could find on the website, with details about my order, the order sent me, as there was an invoice inside with that persons name, address and order number, and they never responded. I have now sent the same message in 5 emails over two weeks and received no response.************************* *************************************************************************** ************

      I ordered a calendar on 11/30 for $14.39. It is now 12/16 and it is still sitting in the *** facility. *** told me to contact Calendars.com and I have used their Chat function, email, and calling customer service (still haven't heard back).The order number is *******. I just want the calendar, even if its reshipped. Or if it won't arrive before Christmas, a refund.

      I placed an order for 3 calendars for $40.80 on 11/26/22. The order was shipped on 12/1/22. It is now 18 days since the day I placed my order and I have not received it. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone or chat with customer service as you will sit on hold indefinitely. The call back option doesn't work either. *** won't assist me because they state it's in **** hands now. **** won't assist me because they say a tracking number hasn't been assigned, yet their tracking says they've received it. It's been stuck for 6 days now. I need this issue resolved as these were meant to be gifts and now I am out $40.80.

      I am sorry it took so long for your package to be delivered. I show it was delivered yesterday, 12/15/22. Is that not correct?

      During peak season, with free standard shipping, it typically takes 1-3 business days to leave our facility and 5 to 10 days to be delivered. It's possible you experienced weather delays, but I am not sure.

      In an attempt to make amends, I have issued a store credit of 20% or $7.55. Please let me know if you did not receive your order and we will be happy to replace with expedited shipping or refund.

      I ordered a calendar on Nov 25 and still haven't received the product. I tried tracking the item but it just gives me an oops response. The money came off my credit card right away. I have emailed them, with no response. I am currently on the phone with them for over 2 hours(today is a Tuesday) for the second time in two days. I tried chatting and waited for over an hour with no response. I can't get in touch with this company to find where my product is or to get my money back. In my opinion very terrible company, that lacks good customer service and in my opinion stole my money.

      I ordered 4 calendars from Calendars.com and have yet to receive them. Their website says it shipped on 11/15/22. I went to the post office for help and they are telling me they never received package. I have called the customer service number on two different dates. Once I asked for a call back and never received and the other on hold for hours.

      I ordered calendars 21 of them 250$ plus on 11/19/2022 I received email that they shipped on 11/26/2022. I was given tracking numbers to DHL and **** both say they have not received package it is now 12/12/2022:. I have tried emailing them, phoning them and on line chat they do not respond. I have been on hold over an hour no one picks up the phone , I would like my order or my money back but I cant get them to respond.

      I visited a Go Calendar kiosk in the ********************* on November 14th. I went to purchase a calendar for $19.18 and ran my debit card. Once the card reader said "Approve" I removed my card and went to grab my calendar purchase. The owner of the kiosk pulled it back and said it didn't do through and I needed to run my card again. I thought this was odd and told him it said approve and when I checked my bank statement on my phone I told him it went through. He proceeded to tell me it didn't go through and showed me what he said were the daily transactions, (which had several duplicate charges). We went back and forth several times and he refused to give me my merchandise. This company is a complete scam and should refund me the full amount since I paid and was denied receiving the product.

      No matter how many times I unsubscribe to their emails the keep sending them. I have emailed them to quit but still do. I just want them to quit emailing me.

      I ordered a desk calendar with Bible Verses and I received a calendar called Brain Twisters. I saved my order and I did order the correct one. I have called there 800 number and was on hold for about 17 minutes. Then the instructions were I could press 1 and leave my number and they would call me back. Its been over 2 hours and no one has called me back. I am wondering if this company had any other complaints against them? I would like the correct calendar and my money refunded if this is a legitimate company. I also sent them an email.Thank you for your attention in this matter.*************************

      We are a legitimate company and have been in business since ****. Hold times tend to be longer the closer we get to the holidays. It doesn't usually take 2 hours for a call back, but it's possible the callback failed to connect. That happens on occasion.

      I will never use this company again. I have used in the past and they have always been on time. I placed an order on **** wasn't shipped till ***** no indication that it would take that long to ship out. Then when it was shipped there was barely any update on the tracking with no ETA. Today ***** I checked tracking there has been no updated since *****. I reached out via chat to asked for a refund on shipping which was only ****. ******* told me that per her tracking information that it has been at the post office since ***** (since 3 days ago). It has now been 10 days since shipping and 17 days since time of order. I understand there can be delay with ***** I understand it is not Calendars.coms fault but ***** I to work for a company that ships via **** and when there are issues we as curtesy to our customers refund all or partial shipping. THAT IS WHAT KEEPS CUSTOMER HAPPY AND WILL COME BACK TO YOUR COMPANY AND NOT WRITING ******* REVIEWS. ******* advised they were not refunding $**** and I had to wait another 5 days for them to do anything. It has been 21 days since order and 10 days since shipping for a small 5x5 calendar. All I asked was to be refunded the shipping. There customer service was not helpful. Again, I will not order again from them.

      I'm sorry you had a negative shipping and customer service experience. I will coach ******* as she is empowered to offer appeasements when customers are unhappy. We typically allow the warehouse 1-2 business days to get the order out the door. It looks like your order downloaded on 10/5 and shipped on 10/10. The 10th business day (last day before we replace) is today, not 11/17 as she stated. I see it's showing as delivered. Please let me know if that's not the case.

      It's atypical for **** to take the full 10 business days, but, as you know, it happens! I have issued the $5.99 refund as requested. I hope you will choose to do business with us in the future.
