      I ordered a bundle that should have included 4 candles with diamonds, a diamond bath bomb, and a separate diamond in a bag. I ordered it several weeks before mother's day. They didn't arrive until the 18th of May. Weeks after Mother's day. Then to top it off, they didn't send the bath bomb with it. Only thing customer service did was blow smoke and wanted to have me make another purchase with a discount that was already being offered. I repeatedly attempted to reason with them and they just blew me off with the same discount offer. Don't buy from these guys. They have nearly zero customer service, shipping could be faster on foot, and they don't give what is paid for. Complete rip off... avoid like the plague.

      Very bad ***************** I have ordered 2 *********************** (this one that has 1 diamond, the other one had 3), plus the "not so limited offer" where you get a free diamond with your order. I pay my order using ******. I received the notification from ****** that the package was delivered. I was at home and never heard the buzzer or anything. When I checked the hallway where packages get delivered in my building, there was no package. I living in a building with 6 units and we shared the same door, so I proceed to ask my neighbors just in case they mistakenly took my package. Any one saw the package. So, I proceed to contact the Merchant and all they say is that the package was delivered and showed the **** tracking number. They are not doing anything else. I really wanted the merchandise, but they are not cooperating with me on getting the products I pay for and never personally received. I have opened a case thru ****** and they did not help me either.

      This company falsely advertised sent damaged items and did not include the additional bonus items as stated on website with purchase. I contacted customer service, sent photos, and was ignored after receiving an email that they would respond to my complaint. I spent a lot of my hard earned money to be deceived by Forever Wick Candles do not trust their advertising they are liars and manipulating thieves. I am very disappointed in myself for being fooled by the sparkling manipulative website. Stop stealing the publics money!!!

      Forever wick ** just out stealing money! Dont even respond to anything I just want my money back if thy deliver on there product I wouldnt have cared on doing the review I just wouldnt have gone back

      made order on 26th December 2024 and no response on my emails and there is no phone number to call customer services, it already February 2025.. awful service,, i purchase this as a gift ,one via their website and another one via groupon, no delivery yet.. very bad.. do not recommend to deal with this company

      Ordered candles in Dec 13 2024. Had not received the candles until Jan 13th. The company stated 3 to 5 day shipping. When I received the candles on of them was broke. I immediately contacted Forever Wick to let them know. You have to email them because they have no contact number. I followed up this week with an email message through the website. They replied to my email requesting pictures for the broken candle which I included in my original email on the 13th of Jan., so I replied again with pictures of the broke candle. I still have not received a response to the email. Buyers beware.

      DO NOT ORDER!ITS BEEN A MONTH. No products, no responses to emails and phone number found online does not work. They take your money and will not respond to any inquiries- especially to cancel my order. Their shipping policies and such have been removed from their website- Shop Pay has their shipping policy as orders ship in 24 hours, high volume -14 days.Its been a month! No response, no items. If I ever get the **** items, I wont be able to return because other customers state they never get their money back. This company needs to be shut down!

      I ordered Dec. 30th. Still my order has not been shipped. They won't answer. My emails. A **** way 2 do business. Very unhappy with there service. I spent allmost 100 .

      ordered a candle 3 weeks ago and was told 3-5 business days, sent an email and never heard back for about 3 weeks and item still is not on the way. 0/10. absolutely a scam.
