      Worst company ever, Id give negative stars if possible. Wont refund or allow you to cancel even after sending multiple emails after waiting a month for the 4 expensive candles I ordered my girlfriend for Christmas that never arrived and Ive never received any updates to this date

      Candle arrived broken. It was in a cardboard box isnt a thin bubble wrap around it. I open a box of shattered glass. Emailed the company 3x. No response but I got this email to rate them. I bought 5 of the Groupons for this company and cant refund them so it just lost money and junk mail. No real diamonds worth seeing anyway. Especially for the price on ******* and regular price. Took long shipping from ** to ** but it was $8 to ship. Box of glass smells good. DO NOT BUY!!

      Sorry company to do business with. I placed my order on 12/19/24 and have not received it and it is now 1/9/25. They have responded to my email asking where my order is. Email said to be patient they received my order and are working on it. If processing takes 1-4 business days as they state, whats the problem? My order should be here by now. I had to give them 1 star because it wont let me do less.

      Never received my purchase. I spent $100 on my wife for Christmas and it still hasnt arrived. They wont return my emails they just keep sending me ads to buy more. What a joke

      I ordered over $285 worth of merchandise for Christmas present 12/4/24. Still havent received ordered products. Their emails reflect working on order. Actively disputing order.

      Predatory company. Items claims to be shipped in 5-8 days. Items did not even receive a shipping order untill 20 days later, 10 days after that (a month after initially ordered) tracking number shows item still waiting to be shipped.

      Ima join the hate train i ordered on the 15th of december as of now jan 6th and status is paid and order is unforfileed. Emailing is use less as i have emailed twice with no respons. Trying to be respectful and not bother them to much if bussy but considering i paid shiping 2-5 days. They realy are jerking people around. Sounds like people are eventually reciving. ?? what ever the case very unporfesional.

      If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered my candles December 20th 2024, it's now January 6th 2025, and I have yet to receive my order. I sent two emails to customer service regarding their shipping policy which states within 2-5 business days. We are long past that, and no response. What's worse, is they charge you a 10% restocking fee if you cancel your order, and there is no phone number provided to actually speak to a human! This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not trust/buy from "Forever Wick Candles" out of ******, **. They do not deliver anything!
