5/3/2025 order number ****** ordered 54.90+9.95 for shipping.2 candles from Foreverwick candle and 2 free items. The candles were smashed and only got one free gift. I took pictures and sent them to the company and they want me to keep the broken candles and give me a in house credit for new purchase or I have to pay for shipping again for what I already paid for. I said no I'm not paying again they owe me non-damaged products. The have not replied again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Mothers Day gift set from forever wick candle company on line the week before Mothers Day. During the order process, it stated on the website several times that shipping was guaranteed before Mothers Day. I placed my order and used my credit card to the tune of $118.95. The following Thursday I checked the shipping status and it still hadnt showed shipped. I emailed customer support asking for any updates or information. They finally reached back out on Saturday saying they were investigating the situation. Tuesday after Mothers Day I requested a refund. Heard no response. Wednesday emailed again requesting a refund. Zero response. And today emailed again requesting a refund. No response. Now they wont return my emails period and I am out both the products I ordered and the money I spent on them as well as my wife not getting part of her gift for Mothers Day.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a candle from this company during the first week of January. After two weeks with no updates, I reached out to inquire about the status of my orderno response. I followed up three more times, still with no reply, before ultimately filing a dispute with my bank, as I had not received the product.After seven weeks, I finally heard back from the company. They claimed to have canceled and refunded my order; however, while the order was indeed canceled, no refund was ever issued. When I contacted them again regarding the missing refund, they stated they could not process it because I had filed a dispute. My bank confirmed this was falseif the company had refunded me, the dispute would have been automatically closed. A dispute does not prevent them from issuing a refund.I provided all communication to my bank, and they are still working on resolving the issue. Meanwhile, I followed up with the company again, sharing what my bank had explained. The only response I received was an automated, generic message stating, Thanks for your concern, we take things very seriously and will make sure this doesnt happen again. However, they have yet to address my specific issue or process my refund.This company is 100% a scam. ******* confirmed that companies frequently attempt this tacticclaiming to have issued refunds, hoping customers wont notice, and then offering excuses when confronted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY **************** make matters worse, the candle I purchased was marketed as a fundraiser candle, with proceeds supposedly going to a charitable cause. I originally found the company through a ******** ad. Do not trust any **** ads for this businessthey are scammers. You will not receive your product, and you will experience weeks of ignored messages and ************** not lose your money to this company. I hope my bank resolves this soon, but it is clear that ForeverWick is deceptive and untrustworthy.Initial Complaint

I paid ***** to the forever wick candle company on January 4th. They were supposed to send me a candle containing a diamond it was supposed to be delivered within two weeks. After about a month they reached out with some excuse about supply and demand and not having enough manufacturing room which has caused my package to be delayed. But they will make up for it with an extra diamond and have my order shipped within two weeks.. after about another month I get an email from the company saying my package was delivered but nothing had arrived. I clicked the provided link to contact their support and they didn't respond. After a few days they sent me an email asking if I had checked the worth of my diamonds yet and I responded via the link provided letting them know I still have not gotten my package and asked them to please look into my order and stop sending promotional emails until they resolve this issue. They responded and said it was delivered there is nothing they could do. I went back and emailed a few times to them until someone finally responded with they will ask their postal carrier and if I had asked my mail man or called the post office. I had asked my mail lady if she dropped off any packages and she said she had not I showed her the tracking saying it was delivered and she confirmed she hadn't delivered anything. I let foreverwick know that this was the case and they responded that they would not do anything to remedy the situation. I really do not want to file a lawsuit that will cost me ***** the initial amount to try and recover damages of ***** but at this point it's looking like that's going to be my only way to get my money back or the candle I paid for.Initial Complaint

At around Black Friday Nov 2024 I placed an online order with Forever Wick Candle for $99.80 for several items which also was to include a FREE MYSTERY GIFT ($30value). I got various candles that were to include a capsule with small diamond in each candle with various scents and I got bath bomb sets as well. This was supposed to be for various family members flying in for Xmas gifts. I grew concerned when I was getting no email updates about my order placed, no tracking at all weeks later, and there was no phone # to reach them. Their site said to email only once cause it would delay things "longer" if you email more than once. Around Dec 18, 2024 I reached out very upset because they still hadn't sent my pkg out almost a month after I ordered and Xmas was around the corner. They responded back on Dec 21 saying it normally takes 1-4 bus days but holidays make it busy. The email with a shipping label notificiation was also a joke because the **** showed they never even received any pkg from this company. Only that a "label was created but not shipped". I contacted via email them again and wanted my refund because I never would've ordered from them if it was going to be like this. Family flew back home after Xmas and pkg didn't come til almost New Yrs! They never got their gifts so I had to keep it at my house because the company didn't refund me or respond about my money back. I tried lighting all the candles of various scents and NOT 1 of them had a scent in the room. Candles should burn the scent to be able to smell the flavor. None had a scent at all! Then a capsule that is supposed to include a diamond in it after burning it down, candle did not have it in it. I just want my money backInitial Complaint

I was charged twice for a purchase. Dec 14 2024 I ordered one candle for Christmas. On the 20th I got email that said I needed to complete transaction so I paid again thinking my first payment didnt go through. On 20th I finally recieved order number and tracking. I also recieved my candle but I was charged twice.i let them know as well as pay pal . I finally opened case e ****** Ang they went after my money for Me. Instead of getting money back they mailed a second candle that I recieved February 12 2025. I didnt want or order another candle. I just wanted my money back. I placed an order for their Valentines Day sale, which required that orders be placed by January 27 in order to receive the products by February 14th. I received a notification on February 6 that a tracking number had been assigned however, the ***** site indicates that while the label has been created, they have not yet received a package. Purchased on 1/7/25 ordered 2 candles for ***** each .asked if I could combine shipping, was denied and told they had to be shipping separately and secondary charges would apply. They then shipped them together which caused 1 to be broken due to poor packing. I ordered 3 candles from Foreverwick Candle Company on December 24th, 2024. I paid $9.95 for Flate Rate Ground (2-5 business days) shipping. The total of the order was $69.80. I did not receive the order until January 24th, 2025. I did not receive everything I paid for. I only got 2 candles instead of 3. Business advertises 3-5 day processing time before product ******** has been 17 days thus far and they have not shipped my orders.The only customer contact is via their website messaging and they are not answering messages. I attempted to contact via ******** , but now they have placed a block (on post comments and messaging) there so no-one can reach them.I can find no way to cancel the orders. From what I have read on reviews about this company now, if you do manage to get an order canceled , they will still charge you a "restocking fee" even if no item has ever been shipped out.
