    I thought I knew things about fitness and health, why did I need this? But I was struggling to get back on track, so I thought Ill join and just keep doing what I was doing. BUT I have learned so much more that I didn't know. I love my coach, she's very encouraging and I'm not active in the community, but I do love looking through it and finding new recipes. My favorite thing I've taken from this journey is that you don't have to starve to lose weight. So many of us are/were probably undereating.

    A great program that individually meets your needs! I think my favorite part is how functional this program is- no diet fads or specific limitations but making it fit your lifestyle while providing you with the why! Ive learned so much about nutrition in such a short time!

    This team is incredible! In just a couple of meetings with the coaches I know I have found not only the support I've been looking for but the difference. They aren't handing out easy fixes but giving education for sustainable lifestyles. Their intent is for each client to reach their personal goals and have the ability to maintain their lifestyle. Even beyond the fitness, they look at each client not as an income but as individuals and people. Real people with real individual needs, families, and lives where time is precious. In the fitness industry this is hard to find. Highly recommend! Your future self will thank you!

    I have done so many training programs, but struggled with motivation and movement in the last few years. Empower and working with a coach has been extremely helpful in working with my particular goals and lifestyle to change my way of thinking and behaviors. This is not just an exercise program nor a nutrition program, it is change management and knowledge that empower you to make the right choices with understanding of the impacts to your body, goals and health.

    Very efficient and informative coaching. I feel very understood and supported with tm goals and was offered an affordable program for me. All my questions get answered quickly and very helpful suggestions are provided if I identify any struggles. I am so glad I found Empower. They were the first coaches to reach out tonme and heae what I have to say before asking me for money. I am so happy to be a part of the Empower community!

    Five stars all the way! My coach ****** has been an amazing coach! I have been struggling with my overall health and wellness over the past year and a half and she has been very patient and kind helping to guide me on what to eat when to eat how to eat and the workouts, she puts together for me wonderful! She is always very caring and considerate! When I have things that come up. She is very knowledgeable and helps me to navigate all issues!Highly recommend the company but really Ive only dealt with ****** and she is beyond amazing.

    As with all things online, its really hard to know who you can trust and who you cannot. Empower has exceeded my expectations! I started my journey in hopes to lose a few pounds and little did I know that I would be learning about nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being from some amazing coaches, a team that really works hard to do a good job. A year later, I dont know where Id be without them and look forward to continuing my journey with empower..
