5 starsI recently started working with Empower Health & Fitness and the support and education I receive from them is like no other. I am LEARNING how to fuel my body properly and taking baby steps into starting a fitness routine again. Everyone I have worked with has been exceptional - their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Empower to help you achieve your goals for not just weight loss and muscle gains, but to achieve overall healthy habits. My coach is very knowledgeable and listens to my personal needs in a coach. Its not cookie cutter coaching. Great job Empower!!!

Empower elite has taught me to relearn how to eat to fuel my body and how to make good choices without feeling deprived and mot look at food as an enemy. Coach ****** is amazing! I have been with Empower for 3 years and re-signed, which will make it 4 years (and counting). I honestly don't know what I would do without their support and accountability. I have had a couple of their coaches and they met me where I was at that time. I am always so hard on myself but, through their support, have completely shifted not only my mindset but relationship with the scale. I know you get out what you put into anything in life, and I haven't always been consistent with all the resources, but let me say this....resources available are amazing! I would recommend Empower to anyone who wants a sustainable lifestyle and accountability person to help you reach your goals; I have never felt better!Empower Health & Fitness, LLC

The team is so good. We have our own coach but the team is there to help you. They are there for meetings and general questions. Its been 3 weeks since cry I started and already seeing results, by the accountability, support and drive they have to help.Empower Health & Fitness, LLC

I have tried several online coaching programs and have yet to find one that works as well as this one. The coaching is amazing and the community is inspiring. The coaching will not let you fail if YOU dont let yourself fail. How bad do you want it???Empower Health & Fitness, LLC

Empower elite is such an amazing team! Coach ****** has taught me how to not be scared of foods or the gym! The Empower team is so knowledgeable and helpful in attaining health goals!
