      I, too am reporting this company. I never set up a paid account and they charged my credit card $14 No customer service support person/number. The site says to cancel the membership not to get charged but I DO NOT have a membership!

      I have an account w/ ******************** that I pay for monthly. On 5/4/24 I reached out to them regarding a technical issue. As of today, 5/18/24, the issue is not resolved. I've filled out at least three different tickets begging for help. I spoke to ***, ********* and ****** and none of them were able to help. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was assured by ****** that someone would reach out to me, and no one has. I sent them two different videos showing the issues I was having. I also sent them links to my designs. At this point the entire support team will not respond to my emails. They are all ignoring me. I get no explanation or assistance. I continue to pay them on time every month. I want this issue fixed. I am in the process of filing an official compliant against this company.

      My goodness, I am stunned with the lack of service provided for a technical request that I submitted almost two months ago. I have been using Canva since 2018, and have been a paid user for years. I use ******************** for one main solution for my business, and suddenly at the end of February (around the update) the key feature no longer works. At first when I reached out, I was told that I was incorrect in my understanding. That what I was expaining is impossible to do,even though I have been using it for years. I then had to press for another associate to help me as the first was unwilling. From there until now I have worked with no joke, 9 other associates. I'm told that they all work on the same team, OK I got it. But I have repeated myself numerous times and have had to provide screenshots, videos, etc. and still NOTHING of help has been provided, months later. I of course have continued to be charged for Canva, despite being able to use for my needs. I requested that someone provided an answer to what could be happening, and was given generic information on how to add a photo to a template... which is wild as I have been doing this for years. I am astounded by the lack of communication and service. I have had to follow-up multiple times over the past several weeks, and have only received replies of 'can you send more information' or 'we are so sorry, we will resolve as soon as possible.' Nothing has been resolved. I am not the only one experiencing issues as other of my design friends are experiencing their own issues. It ***** I would have paid for Canva, for life. But Photoshop is #1 and thus will be given the value that I was giving to Canva for years. I refuse to recommend Canva, especially through this experience with 'customer service.' ********** has been provided, only 'we are sorry, must be frustrating...' YEP.

      They will not unlink my domain from a Canva account that I allowed access to. The person allowed access to our domain was a scammer and will not respond to any of us after scamming. He has blocked everyone from all sites as he scammed lots of people. We are trying to use our domain on Canva and Canva will not remove the scammers access even though proof of domain ownership has been provided to them. The *** domain records have been removed so the scammer cannot post or update the website but Canva still will not allow us to use our own Domain requesting the scammer remove access from his account even though he cant do anything with it. Never seen a more poorly ran business from a customer service point of view. We are being penalized because we got scammed. Hoping this can get resolved. Have spent countless hours trying to get this fixed.

      Thieves!!!! I am reporting this company. I never set up a paid account and they charged my credit card $24 No costumer service support person/number. I continue to email the costumer service and they reply the same over and over! sending me an email asking if -*a@&$ is my email, yet they email my correct email! They should have Refunded the money weeks ago. Big Fraud! Hope they get to jail. Yet America is no longer the great, law is not the same. Refund my money now and stop stealing from people. I will have to cancel my accounts. No need for this. Unbelievable. Awaiting correction from CANVA refund money and talk with a responsible supervisor. Close my free account. Thieves.

      Like many people have stated in their reviews of this company. I considered utilizing Canva for my business and decided against it. I was charged and refunded my subscription. However, every 18th of the month, I am being charged again. At the beginning of this month, I attempted to contact Canva and that puts you in an infinite loop. Phone number tells you to go online and complete the request via email which goes unattended or nowhere. On the 18th, 2 weeks later and no response, yet a charge to my cc again. This is ridiculous! I am looking for a refund for all of the charges to my cc following the cancellation of my account in July 2023.

      I located fraudulent and unauthorized charges by a company called "Canvas" (using the term "company" liberally) on my credit card. I have never heard of this company, let alone signed up for a service. I disputed the charge with my bank and Canva then double charged me the following month. When I visited their website it required me to SET UP AN ACCOUNT to dispute a charge - I have no account because this is fraud. Unbelievable. I called and the recording says to contact them at Striper, apparently another fake entity. I have searched online looking for the class action that I hope is coming their way soon. I am an attorney so if anyone files one, let me know.

      Canva has a reoccurring charge on my husband's checking account each month for $14.99 for the last 6 months. I just found out. We have never heard of this company much less used them. We are 76 years old and every dollar is important. I cannot reach them by email nor phone for help without getting an account with them which I obviously DO NOT wish to do. I am in the process of contacting the *** to notify them of this. I have to cancel our debit card and possibly close our old account. As teenagers say "This SUCKS!" Their site is no help! No star is not an option! Fraud!

      No phone number to talk to a live person. Horrible!Canva keeps charging my credit card and you can't contact them to stop the charges! *************** through their portal is a mess and doesn't give you the answers to rectify this.

      I've never used Canva. I can't speak to the software. Ethically, however, Canva appears to be morally bankrupt. They have been charging me monthly for a subscription that does not belong to me. I have tried multiple times to have them stop charging me for something that I have never used that clearly belongs to someone else. The partial email address that shows up on the invoice does not belong to me nor anyone I know. Their cancellation and billing change policies require that you login to your account to make the changes. Since it is not my account, I cannot login and make those changes. I disputed charges through my credit card and the dispute was denied by Canva and I am still getting charged monthly. Absolutely despicable and fraudulent. All they have to do is contact the current user and ask them to update their billing method or cancel their account if they do not update their billing method. How hard can it be to stop fraudulently charging someone else?
