      For months, I have been consistently receiving fraudulent debit attempts from Canva I and Canva Pty Limited for $12.99. I have NEVER had a PRO Canva account, I only had the FREE Canva app on my phone. I have contacted Canva and they ask me for an invoice number and date. Since these charges were happening on my Cashapp account, there are no invoice numbers. I have explained this to Canva. Yet, they still say they're sorry but they need an invoice number. How does one give an invoice number from Cashapp from a Canva account they never signed up for before? I had to cancel my Cashapp card and my debit card for security. This is unacceptable.

      I have been charged for 3 months, changed my **** number and they still charge me. I was NEVER a costumer. Can't reach them, just a bunch of thieves. How can they steal from people like that and get away with it.

      Absolute rip off.I've been unable to log in for days - I get hung up on the log in page. (No problems with any other sites).I have emailed Canva support, but they don't even bother to respond.Don't waste your time or money.

      I've been ripped off by this company, Canva - Which charged my card twice this month and refunded one of the payments then closed my account, so they kept the other ***** and canceled the pro account. If you are going to close my account, then both payments should have been refunded. So, since it is NOT. My pro account should be restored. This company is full of it as well. I submitted an issue with their editing program, and they did nothing to resolve my concern but are good at stealing people's money Then closed my account people need to be careful with this company. I even provided receipts stating the issue per email on 8/25/2022 and they rather ignore my email so that this company can keep my money and demote my service from pro status!!!!!

      I responded again to their email sent and no response. Only thing this company keep sending is emails to say respond to it. But nothing comes of it. Ive responded twice its like this company is playing games. Just like before I dont believe this company care to look into or correct the issue of taking both payments, refunded one payment then close my account as it is still CLOSED

      Canva,Thank you for giving me this opportunity to explain why 2 payments were drafted from my Paypal card. After, receiving your email regarding two accounts and the card that was paying for both accounts. That made sense and I forgot. However, my situation has been resolved.
