      I choose zero stars!! had to mark one though I signed up for what I thought was a free account with canva.com - a book creating site. I tried a few tools. Didn't like it! So I unsubscribed. Canva sent me an email confirming my unsubscription. Almost immediately they sent me an email with information for managing my account (assumed open?) I didn't reply since my unsubscribe had been confirmed.They sent me an invoice for a month subscription a few weeks later...$14. I replied, best I could, since communicating with them is near impossible...telling them of their confirmation and asking them to please not charge me. I am near penniless and can't even pay the rise in my rent. I told them they would overdraw my account. Time passed...they charged me the $14,'I have gone to their information page for my situation - **************************************************************************** all instructions. Gave them my email and filled in the required info. It didn't go out! No reply possible! Everything I've done....no contact possible, error messages, etc. I want my money back! I want them to confirm my unsubscription - final! I want them to stop sending me emails as if I were a client. Please help me.most grateful!*************************

      I unfortunately I signed up for the 7 day free trial with Canva. I cancelled the subscription 2 days after signing up. I found the program inferior to Gimp, which is actually free. Long story short Canva still charged my bank account $119 for a full year. I reached out to Canva stating I have email receipts from them verifying that I cancelled the subscription. I was told I wouldn't be charged, which was a lie. I also contacted PayPal notifying them this was a fraudulent charge. PayPal sided with Canva. Bottom line don't sign up with Canva. I am also cancelling my PayPal account. There is really no need for it.

      I canceled Canva, yet they continue to charge my account. There is no way to communicate with a person to solve issues. Big scam once you allow them to deduct money from your account. They continue to take it out. We are working on a class action lawsuit.

      I had a Pro account paid for with my personal PayPal. I had shared some designs with my coworker, but had not given her access to anything on my account. Fast forward months later, I left my job and started somewhere else when I received an email that I had been taken off my team I thought that was weird but wasnt stressed about it since I wasnt on their literal team anymore. Until I tried to log into my account. My entire account had disappeared. Six years of work, four prior to working with that particular employer, was all gone. I was pushed off the team, which somehow meant my own account that I had paid for with my own money. **************** did not care, they kept asking me to give them a jpeg of lost work so they would try to recover it. One piece of design at a time for six years worth of work. They can see my ex-coworkers account but are unable to give my access back or retrieve any of the work and told me I need to resolve this issue directly with the people who stole my account. I have no power to get my payment information off the account or my intellectual property back. Do not use this service!

      Canceled my CANVA plan after I was automatically charged for another year of renewal (20 days) once my credit card bill showed up. Contacted my cc company immediate and began disputing charge with the company. No response, multiple emails and NOT a single person to have a conversation in their billing ***** Just a robot called **** that kept sending the same email.

      Fraudulent billing is how I think about canva. Never ordered anything from that company but they sneak into my bank account and try and charge $14.99 every few months. Consumers really need to watch out for that company and their Fraudulently billing practices. I didn't know anything about that company until now, and word of mouth speaks volumes!!

      Can't leave less than 1 star or I would have. Can't reach them and let them know I've never ordered anything from them and didn't know who they were before they reached into my bank account and debited $14.99 from me. My bank is issuing a fraud alert for their actions. That alone speaks volumes!!

      If there was an option for negative 5 stars, I would have selected that. I apparently have been billed monthly since February 2021 thru PayPal, I haven't logged into PayPal in years and was unaware of these charges!!!!! I have attempted to find away to contact customer service, but it doesn't exist! Almost $400 I have spent on a service I never use. Why are this subscription models allowed to exist. If nothing else they should be forced to pause billing until you log into their site!

      I got an international charge on my credit card for $119.40 stating its form Canva, but I dont even have a paying account w/ them. Theres no customer service except through an email and when I contacted them, they never responded to my email. The customer service @ ***** Fargo asked me to try working w/ Canva 1st, but how can I if I dont get a response! I feel like Im going in circles and am thinking of litigation to get their attention. They obviously have no safeguards to protect people from fraud.

      This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a merchant! This is my first time ordering with Canva; the worst experience ever. They sent my wedding invitations, and they looked horrible! I paid for Deluxe paper, and the print looked like it ran out of ink; it wasn't even legible. I ordered two sets of envelopes (25 counts and 50 counts). The 50 count was canceled, and Canva ordered a re-print due to some errors they noticed. However, I also ordered invitations collected on February 9, 2023; these have yet to come. The re-order came before the invitations were in transit, and the re-print for the 50 counts was ordered. I contacted **** to see where my package was because there had been no update since February 13; the Supervisor emailed me and told me that my box was nowhere to be found. There is no tracking information with the tracking number that Canva provided. I have sent numerous emails to Canva's support team, and nobody has seemed to handle it to improve this situation. One of their support team members emailed me and stated they could create a re-print and get it to me via economy shipping, which is ridiculous; this should be expedited. When the team member sent the re-print, the mailing address that was supposed to be my address was an address in ********, I live in *********! They will not issue me a refund or a code that I can use to have my invitations printed at a local store. They kept telling me that my order was on the way even after I contacted ****, who told me the package was nowhere to be found. The worst experience ever. And they do not have a phone number to call them. Just let the re-print be sent to my local store for printing! If you can't do that, give me my $71 back or issue a credit that I can use to make another order to print at a local store!! This is crazy! My wedding invitations will now be sent out late because of their incompetence.
