      Fetch **************** is unreliable. They are a delivery service that promises to deliver residential packages, as a third party, according to a mutually agreed upon schedule. They fail to deliver according to that schedule, and then provide no live-person assistance, or real time tracking. Initially, my neighbors and I had high hopes for Fetch, but they have become a big disappointment. Thank you.

      Terrible company. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This company claims to provide packages on time and relieve headaches for its customers. Yet they lose packages left and right, provide no answers unless you complain over social media, and then censor your complains online. Its insane to me how there is zero accountability with Fetch. Once my package is delivered to them, all liability is waived. If a package is missing, they wont be able to find it. If someone steals a package, they wont be able to provide any update. Will I get a refund? Will I ever receive my package that has been sitting in their warehouse for over a week now?

      I have had my package stolen by the courier person twice now. The first time it happened, I literally caught them doing it and they just sprinted into the elevator. The second time it happened, Fetch hasn't responded to my query for 3 days now. And they say the package is marked delivered so that's the end of it. This service is not reliable or safe in manner.

      Waiting for a package never arrive, I even went to the warehouse to pick-up. Personal pickup is not available at the weekends. My first trip to the warehouse is in vain. For the second trip, I spent 3 hours in the line. Staff helped me search my package for half an hour then I was told that my package is lost... I filed a support ticket for reimbursement, no action is taken. It's been 1 month.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY! Nothing but bad experiences! One time they held my package for 3 days forcing me to choose a new delivery window just for the window to pass with no package! Showed up to the facility to pick it up, all the doors were locked but we could see employees inside. The employees ignored every knock and door ****, the only time they turned around was to close the back door so we couldn't see them anymore. Their app also *****. It still tells me that I have a package being delivered by "end of day", package was delivered months ago. Oh and that specific package was also late by a week, and it was my weekly grocery order that was completely ruined. I still have pictures of the soggy mess they left on my door step.

      Fetch is a ridiculous choice for any apartment community to utilize. Per Fetch: "We solve the package problem for property managers while adding a convenient amenity for residents." Property managers should be focusing on their tenants as the customers and not any "package problems" when Fetch itself creates the many problems with said packages. Having ordered a dog crate to be delivered before my apartment managers' time frame on indoor window cleaning, I was made to have it delivered to Fetch's warehouse. From there, they said they couldn't deliver it to my door because it was a "fire hazard" as a large item. So then they made me choose a four-hour delivery window. For four hours I had to wait for the item to not be delivered. It's now been 3 more days with nothing. Had it been deliverable via *** or Amazon itself where I ordered the crate, they would have gotten my package to me. Instead, I have to wait for Fetch to launch an investigation on where my crate is in their warehouse that it was forced to go. Also, note that this is one of a few issues I've now had as a very early forced user of ********************.******************** is a complete disservice to residents of any community. It is not a "convenient amenity for residents" It's shameful to use them when it's known as such an awful service. The average review rating on multiple sites including this one speaks volumes about that.

      I had to start using this company because my apartment management company uses them. I would not recommend using them, and would recommend either not moving to a place with Fetch required or to set up your own mailbox solution for packages. I had a package which was delivered to the warehouse on a Saturday, with delivery to me scheduled for Sunday. The package was not delivered on Sunday, so I reached out (via the web forum) asking why it wasn't delivered and why I could not reschedule the delivery - no response. I reached out via their contact number (which I had to dig through multiple documents to find - they don't want people calling them apparently), was told someone would look into it and call me back, then they closed my support request (the online one). I called back the next day asking why they resolved the request with no action taken. They claimed that all requests are merged into one (hence they don't have to track your issues) and that actions were in progress. At this point, due to their refund request policy only allowing 5 days from "delivery" (buried in another document), I felt that they were avoiding doing anything to avoid having to refund me. I sent them an email requesting a refund and warning that I would be filing a police report for a stolen package (on the grounds that if the package can't be found in 4 days, it is either stolen or they aren't trying). In less than 30 minutes, my package was found, scheduled for delivery, and delivered the next day. A company which needs to be threatened with police action to deliver a package is not a reliable one.

      These other reviews are absolutely spot on. They are an intermediary that causes nothing but delays and frustrations and I had no choice in the matter. I have lived in so many communities and never heard of such a useless service. I had a package delivered to them over a week ago and couldnt get any help from the company to get it delivered to me. Escalating it to my apartment office also hasnt helped and I fear Ill never get it at this point. If I pay for shipping and I pay a ton of rent to live in a place, why should I pay to have my packages intercepted on their way to me? They do not offer any type of customer service and purposely dont list phone numbers. Im sure theres no way they could handle the sheer number of complaints they would be getting if they let you actually talk to them.
