If you're reading this review, you're probably another hapless renter forced to use Fetch, and here for commiseration --and I'm there with you!Fetch is a prime example of a company that shouldn't exist. With VC funding, it takes something that used to be easy and cheap (receiving packages, with apartment buildings providing a secure mail room). Instead, Fetch makes it difficult, complicated and unreliable --but it helps large real estate corporations like Greystar save money on operations. You can see this, unironically, displayed on the wall in their waiting area for other angry residents coming to claim their lost and undelivered packages.Like others here, I just structured my days and nights for 4 days around 6 abandoned Fetch package delivery attempts (often with no notification until hours after the delivery window). My package included time-sensitive medication, for which I paid extra to arrive quickly (before the ice pack no longer kept it cool). Of course, it took a full day longer to get my package from Fetch 5 miles away, than it took for the shipper to receive my order on the internet and transport it hundreds of miles. For anyone hoping to help your apartment complex move beyond Fetch, I strongly recommend Googling for "Reddit" and "endfetch", and joining that community. You can read about how Fetch's customer satisfaction is so low that they have to turn off comments on LinkedIn and other social media, and block their critics on ******** To Fetch's credit, they've actually an average review of 1.01/5 from the Better Business Bureau. That takes talent. Here's hoping for 1.0!

Fetch seems to be having problems recently. I have had problems with 3 of my last 5 packages. 1 was resolved and reimbursed after 2 weeks, although I would rather have the package as I cannot get it at the same price again.1 has been over 3 weeks and they are saying it is resolved but they have not reimbursed me or sent the package. The other package I was supposed to get Thursday but it never came. I am still waiting for a response but nobody replies and it is Saturday. They had better service last year. I am sure there are more packages now, but there should not be this many missing or delayed packages.

Fetch is probably the worst service I have ever used in my entire life. My apartment complex is trying to force it down our throats, and I had to use it for a month. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the worst month I've lived here. I had to get in contact with customer support for all nine *********************** I had delivered with Fetch in that time, and out of these nine packages, seven were delivered at least a day later. What's the point of paying for expedited shipping and premium services such as Amazon Prime if Fetch is constantly delaying and mishandling packages? The service is so bad that my apartment complex decided to keep our Amazon lockers until the end of the year to see if Fetch improved, and I am absolutely terrified that they will decide to stick with Fetch and get rid of the lockers next year. Will not be renewing my lease if that's the case. Yes, Fetch IS that bad!!!!!

My building uses Fetch. We pay $15 a month for their service. Packages dont arrive when we schedule them to. **************** is unresponsive. Theyre a ****** was supposed to receive my package yesterday between ****pm and it was out for delivery. Now, more than 24 hours later, its still out for delivery. I wouldnt mind picking up my own package from the warehouse at this point, but I cant, because its locked in at out for delivery. They are so awful. My partner and I have decided to move to a building that doesnt use fetch after our lease is up. What a waste of money.

This company is a scam.. They never deliver packages on time, when you are lucky, you got your package few days after the original delivery date. They have 0 support, 0 visibility... Run as fast as you can from this company...!

They have lost over 5 of my packages and then they offer payment so i can re-purchase the lost item. This only works if the item is still available online and Fetch will not give you your time back. I almost never write negative reviews, however this place is awful!

Residents need packages to be delivered on time. There is a reason why people choose next-day delivery for some of their packages.?I have multiple items that arrived at the fetch facility for more than 5 days and are still not be able to process into your system. I went to the warehouse and the staff there don't even care about my case because of "Staffing Shortages". The customer service is not responding to my request but I do receive emails asking for reviews for your customer service.?Also, all my *********************** for the last couple of weeks are self-pickups. because my scheduled fetch delivery keeps being canceled.

I have had a terrible experience with Fetch. I have recently moved to a Greystar property in *******, and unfortunately the community forced me to use Fetch service. In just 1 month of experience of Fetch, I have been extremely disturbed by their service. Some of the key problems:1. Fetch takes hours for products to get logged even after the packages arrive in the warehouse. Even if Amazon delivers them fast, packages don't get logged sometimes for more than 24 hours and I get the packages days later. 2. Fetch fails to deliver in the selected window. Has happened several times when I selected a time slot for delivery and fetch did not deliver it and there was no mention in the app 3. My packages have been lost and fetch is not even responding to my mail requests satisfactoriluy. They responded to my mail after 24 hours and I have no clue if I will get a claim for the same.

Terrible middle man that my apartment complex forces us to use. They often cause delays in package deliveries and are so bad that I actively avoid ordering anything online because I know it will be a headache to actually have it delivered on time. They say they have a 300lbs limit on packages, but when I shipped a desk (that was 295lbs), Fetch rejected it and it took an extra week for me to get it since I had to coordinate with the trucking company directly. On top of all that, they have raised prices more than 50% in the last year or two. It's a scam forced on renters by apartment complexes that don't have an incentive to find a company that provides reliable package delivery services.

We are forced to use this service by our apartment. The packages are consistently late and we are currently 8 days and waiting since Fetch received our Amazon Prime order.I ordered something else from ********* to another address to avoid Fetch and it got there faster than Fetch is taking to get me my package 30 minutes away from their warehouse. What is going on over there? Also there is no customer service unless you want to message a robot on their app. This is such a scam. I am paying money to be inconvenienced and I have no ability to opt out.
