1 starI had a *** package was delivered and logged by Fetch on 12/10 at 12:52PM which was cancelled during the scheduled delivery 12/10 at 3:07PM. I was not able to reschedule the delivery, and I never received this package! It was later marked as delivered by Fetch in my package history.I would like assistance returning this package to me or reimbursing me the $91.47 I spent on the order.Location: ***********************************************Fetch

1 starI had no problems with Fetch until I got into collecting trading cards, and the nature of this kind of purchase means they may come in an envelope instead of a box or bubble mailer (which I have no control over). I ordered multiple from different sellers, and it wasn't until the first one was marked delivered by the carrier but according to Fetch was "never delivered" that I realized what a terrible idea it was to trust Fetch with smaller packages (especially since I can't just re-buy these, I meticulously search for them online for a good price, from a reputable seller, etc). At first I thought the first one really wasn't delivered, but now 4 purchases later (they were already sent out before I realized what Fetch would do) I haven't gotten a single one. **************** just claims they were never delivered even though multiple packages with the same carrier and same saved address have been, so I'm calling BS. The only way to make this right is either to produce my things that were delivered to Fetch or reimburse me what it would cost to REPLACE these items, because it's more than it cost to purchase them in the first place. This is at the ************** ** location btw.Fetch

1 starIncompetent Service and Missing Critical Business Packages I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Fetch, a mandatory delivery service used by my apartment complex. This company has demonstrated a lack of responsibility and poor customer service that has directly impacted my business.On a recent occasion, Fetch was responsible for handling three large packages, which contained business supplies worth $759 crucial for an upcoming event. Despite the tracking information confirming delivery to Fetch, these packages have mysteriously disappeared. I provided all necessary proof of delivery to assist Fetch in locating my packages, yet they have failed to resolve the issue promptly.The urgency of receiving these supplies due to their importance for my event seemed to have been completely disregarded by Fetch. Their inability to either deliver my packages or address the situation adequately has left me in a dire position, scrambling to replace these materials at the last minute.This incident has not only caused significant financial strain but also added unnecessary stress as I prepare for an important business event. Fetch's handling of this situation has been nothing short of negligent. It is unacceptable for a service on which residents are forced to rely to operate so inefficiently and without accountability.Fetch

1 starI ordered a package from ****** and I'm required by my apartment complex to pay for this service in order to get past gated security. It's a mandatory fee, which IMO think is wrong in the first ******** for Fetch, ****** said the package was delivered to the ***** ******** address on it's scheduled time. After a few days of receiving no notification, I notified Fetch. According to the emails, Fetch looked through their records and physically checked and could not locate my package. I was referred to call ******. Due to it being a 3rd party, ****** could only issue a refund of my money. I went to reorder the same order with my refund and within a week, the products prices rose and I had to pay another $2.18 for the same order. I reported this and was sent to the claims department. They completed the same assessments and I sent all of the invoices and tracking information to them, at this time they can't do anything. As a customer, I feel cheated. As miniscule as it sounds, I feel for an elderly person who would have to pay the difference on a limited budget. I also feel for someone who may have gotten a good deal for a limited time offer, only to have their money returned and have to pay full price for that product due to error in delivery service.I would cancel my subscription with Fetch but as stated, I'm forced to pay by my apartment complex. If Fetch didn't have a monopoly on the market and I had freedom of choice in who I would choose. This company would easily start to lose business. Many others in my apartment complex have had similar issues and many never send their packages to Fetch for this reason. They would rather find the delivery person or let them in before using this service.Fetch

1 starThe Fetch delivery service through my apartment complex has claimed to deliver my packages two different times in one week. Both times, someone has forged my signature for the delivery. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!!! Then they claim the packages were taken back to their facility. No one knocked on my door for either scheduled delivery time. Their delivery schedule on Sundays here is 4 pm to 7 pm ET. I texted and emailed help at ************************ and received a message that support ends on Sundays at 5 pm CST. I will be filing a complaint to the state attorney general's office ****************************** regarding Fetch employees forging my signature claiming the packages were delivered. 1 starI signed up with the service after I lost my job, my first day was ok, got to the warehouse, they showed me the block I was scheduled to deliver, I watched a video on ******* so that gave me an idea of what I was to do, finished my deliveries a bit later than 9:00pm but I didnt get any issue. Skip to my second delivery day, I was scheduled from 6:30pm to 9:30pm got there at 6:30pm, the following day I got a violation for late delivery, but I got the notification last minute and I picked up the schedule last minute, I wasnt sure what I did so I requested a dispute, the support team gave me generic information, nothing to explain what I did wrong, eventually I sent a screenshot of the block I picked, that shows 6:30-9:30, and I was told that the violation was remove(wasnt removed), few days later I picked up a block of 60+ packages, I couldnt finish because the apartment was huge and walking from one end to the other end took time, so I returned the rest, I received a violation for that, another time I delivered all of my packages but I finished a bit later than scheduled(few mins after 9pm) received a violation for that too, I delivered a package in a wrong unit and while I took the picture I noticed the unit was wrong so I picked up the package immediately and took it to the right unit and I took a picture and sent it to the support team to update for me because I wasnt able to update it, well long story short I received a violation for that too even though I rectified the error immediately. No one tells you what to do and what not to do, warehouse team treats you like youre supposed to know what you were never told, they give you this packages and you expect you to work like a robot, they issue you violations for the slightest mistake, and when you file a dispute, the driver support give you generic information and the violation doesnt go away. I work 7days and had 5 violations. I shouldnt care but I usually like to do my job right. Just RUNReview fromMargaret G

1 starI give this company no stars theres no one you can get in touch with. They accept your packages that has been delivered by vendors you schedule deliveries deliveries dont come through no one contact you. No one says anything all you get is generated emails. This is the most worst company *** ever dealt with in my whole 56 years of living and needs to be shut down if they dont have workers why try to have a company in place I dont know why the complex that I live in choose to deal with this company, but it is the worst ever someone needs to investigate them. 1 starThis is the 2nd time Ive scheduled a delivery and had the your previously scheduled time slot is no longer available text sent to me. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. Did we just forget to put it on the truck or what?? For example, today they text me saying they received 2 things for me at NOON, cool okay so I then at NOON I schedule them to be delivered to my apartment from 3-6.. easy right? Apparently not. Which is when I got the text its not coming, at 7:30pm.. Ive contacted the support number and its been almost an hour with no reply. Last time this happened, the excuse was a glitch in the system. Which its funny because I actually have a separate delivery coming tonight that I scheduled 6-9 that is supposedly still on its way. So well see if it actually gets here. Im so annoyed with this place its infuriating. Today and the previous time this happened to me I changed my day plans to be here and wait for my package just to find out it wasnt coming when I scheduled it.Because then WHATS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR ITFetch

1 starNo stars for these crooks. My Amazon Package was delivered to the *****, ***** facility on September 26, 2024. I have the photo from ****** to prove it. My package was not listed as arrived so I emailed them. I was asked to send photos and the receipt of the purchase which I did. I was told by ***** he would email my everyday to let me know the status of my case. A week goes by and I hear nothing. Finally their "Investigative Team" tells me they will look for my package. They said the cameras do not show my package being delivered. When I sent them proof my package was delivered to their facility, they then tell me my package was delivered to the wrong address. They claimed to have checked the cameras of the other businesses in the area and no one has seen it. I'm retired law enforcement. I know a hustle when I see one. ***** never told me the proof of delivery was not their facility. This is a cover up because someone stole my package and they refuse to take responsibility. The place is a waste of money and needs to be shut down permanently.Fetch
