Pre ordered terrashrooms product and was told by customer service I would be part of the second production run in January (already 1 year later than the original promise). Company has delayed shipping product for many years. Keeps pushing dates back. Finally I demanded a refund. Company says they will process the refund for me but it has been months and they are saying refunds are delayed. Avoid at all costs!!!! Hoping to get a lawsuit going and if the refund isnt received, should be able to gather up quite a few people to join in.Initial Complaint

made a pre-order deposit in Feb 2023 and then made my final deposit in May 2024. While the company did provide regular updates early on, they were often vague and almost never provided clear answers to common customer questions on when they would get their product. I personally messaged them over a dozen times in that time to understand when I would get my product and was usually met with excuses on why there were delays but that it wouldn't be long before I got my product. Customer facing communications and updates stopped altogether at the end of last year. In Feb this year I once again requested an update on the status of my product and after multiple nudges and follow *** I got another stock response. After two years, I have made several attempts to seek a refund via their FB messenger, on their website and by emailing. It took several weeks to get a response asking me to share order numbers and my preferred method for refund (Venmo or ******). I provided this info, and it once again went silent. In the last couple of weeks I have tried to understand what is next and continued to get the silent treatment. Today I got a follow up message letting me know they will process my refund as soon as they can. I have asked for a specific time, but I expect to be ignored again.I have read that the company is on shaky ground and at this point I am concerned they will not honor my refund request and have run off with my money.I have contacted the business via all comms channels (social media, phone, email) and been advised they will process my refund at some point but when I request updates or expected timelines, I receive no response or infoInitial Complaint

Order #****, $35, was placed on February 15th and still have not received the product or an update on status. I have followed up 3 times and also filled out a new customer service form. The only reply I have received has been on March 12th stating they would escalate my concern, nothing sense. I made a $150 deposit for the product two years ago, knowing it would be a while until I got the product as the company was a startup. However, I believed in the company, and I believed in the product. Then, on March 25, 2024, I completed the order and paid another $150. At that point they said I would have the product by August 2024 at the latest. Long story short, they keep extending the time until I have the product. On March 10th, 2025, I decided I was done waiting for the product and requested a refund by contacting the company through email. I got a reply pretty quickly, until they found out I was requesting a refund and not just an update on my order, then they stopped responding. I then found on their website a refund request form and I filled that out and emailed it. Again, no response. I called the number listed on their website, nobody answered so I left a message. Have never gotten a call back. About a week after my initial refund request, I sent an email saying that I would contact the BBB if I didnt get a response. They finally responded 3 days later saying they would process my refund. On March 27, I still had not received my refund, so I sent another email asking when I could expect the refund. They responded by saying they were working though backlog and would notify me when the refund was processed. It is now April 10th and I still have not received the refund. I want my money back. It is my belief that this company is a scam and I have doubts they ever intend to refund my money. Im tired of waiting, Ive put in enough effort.Initial Complaint

Terrashroom took a deposit of $50 in 2023, as a kickstarter/preorder type agreement with a promise to be able to pay additional to convert to a full order and receive a product at an "early bird" price. They promised production was going as planned and asked for the conversion amount of $150 in March 2024, saying products would be shipped out soon. Updates and communication stopped by the end of 2024 and their social media platforms have disappeared. The ******** is still active but they have been deleting any negative comments. I have not received a product. I contacted support multiple times in 2025 and was promised a refund at the beginning of March 2025. I have not yet received a refund and it is April. They are no longer responding to emails. My order number was Order #****.On their website, it appears that they are still taking new orders and charging people for products that will never be delivered. I placed a paid in full pre-order in March of ************************************************** full order as opposed to a deposit, paid in full orders would ship first. They did not honor this and have yet to ship my unit but have shipped others in Fall 2024. Any contact with the company either via e-mail or ******** message receives an identical automated response that simply keeps pushing an expected shipping date out by a month. We were originally told to expect units by the holidays 2023. Its been two years and I cannot get a straight answer on where my unit is or the status of MP2 ie has it actually been manufactured/is the shipping container en route to the ** etc. Their Instagram page is no longer working and their website has not been updated and states products are currently shipping, which they are not. Emails requesting a shipping update or refund have not been returned. They have not provided a company update on ******** since December despite promising weekly updates for some time. I truly wanted to believe in this product and would continue to wait patiently if they were more transparent and available for communication. I was part of their original "early bird" preorder batch, order number #**** placed on June 2, 2022 for $50. This was advertised as a preorder at a discount, with the final price of the product coming out to be $200. I was emailed in 2024 to finish "converting my deposit" with the final $150, which I completed on March 21, 2024, Order #**** (pdf receipt attached)I was then subsequently told that I would be part of their first batch of products shipped in December 2024, but was passed over. I then reached out to their support team for clarification, and was then told I'd be part of their second production batch set to ship January 2025. January 2025 came and went. I reached out to their support team again on February 17th 2025, once again asking for clarification. I was informed that the second production batch was moved to March 2025.All social media presence for this company has disappeared apart from their ********, which remains largely inactive. Their website is still accepting orders, claiming to ship out all NEW orders in February 2025.Given the amount of money I have spent on this product ($200) and the amount of time I have waited (3 years), I would like this issue to be resolved by actually receiving the product within a reasonable timeframe. If this cannot happen, I would like a full refund. Their lack of transparency is concerning.
