      On November 3rd 2022 I placed a deposit amounting to 147$ for three Terrashroom devices. On March *******, I completed the purchase with 450$ for three devices. On November ********* the devices were delivered to my address coming with a 90 day warranty. In February I submitted a Warranty Claim to support for all three of my devices. One of my devices is not functional at all, and the other two have significant issues that prevent intended use. I sent an email on February 2nd 2025 to Support and was told I would be reached out to later. It is now February 14th and after multiple attempts to reach out to their team and support I have not heard anything back. I wish to receive a full refund of $600.

      Id give zero stars if I could. They have held my money hostage for 18 months, missed ship date after ship date after ship date. They promise to communicate more and then ghost you. No idea if the product is even real. Founder *********************** is too busy on Rodeo drive to respond. Glad we could fund his shopping trips and international travel while they continue to ignore customers over and over. I count no less than 10 missed shipping dates in 18 months.

      I purchased a cultivating tank. Company has been pushing ship date for almost a year. Will not provide an actual ship date or the order in line my shipment sits.

      I ordered this product before realizing that its a scam company. They dont offer refunds. I havent received the product nor anything else from the company after my purchase.

      ORDER #**** Pre ordered in March of 2023 Still have never received my product.This company gave false expectations on when I should receive my product. I want my product as promised. Still nothing and we are almost a year down the road while you currently advertise how awesome your product is. Your ad made it seem like you were ready to go in a matter of months not a year later. Its obvious that you used false advertising and bait and switch tactics.

      - Date of transaction: March 4, 2023 - Paid $199.00 - The business committed to provide me a mushroom growing apparatus - I never received the product (the business kept delaying the delivery) so in November 2023 I finally requested a refund. I have still not received my refund, even though I have had correspondence with the business.- When I requested the refund the business originally said they were planning to ship the product in December 2023 and asked for me to reconsider. I told them that I just wanted the refund. I reached out to them again December 14th letting them know I still hadn't received the refund. They apologized for the delay but didn't issue the refund. I then reached out again December 27th asking for the refund and didn't receive a response. Then again January 7th and once again received an apology but no refund. Then again January 11th and received no reply. Then finally I reached out to them today and let them know I was filing a report with the BBB.- Order number ****

      placed a pre-order for a culinary mushroom grow device. They have continually pushed back the release date while constantly sending out ad emails and asking for investments. i have sent several emails, calls, and ******** chats asking for a refund of my deposit. someone finally responded after several months and said they couldn't refund my card due to an admin issue but would refund via Venmo. Since then they have completely ignored me and not offered the refund. I'm leaning towards it being a scam at this point but they are still advertising heavily. there ads of ************ are showing many unhappy people unable to get a refund.
