      I had really smooth and easy communication with Natera! I got my results quickly (and accurately) and when I had questions regarding my **** - customer service was extremely helpful. Some of the best customer service I've experienced - they left detailed notes on my case for myself and the new rep to refer to each time I called to follow up with questions.

      Absolutely appalled by the text persons customer service. I did labwork for my genetic counseling on a tuesday and they received the labs on friday. Two fridays later was supposed to be when i got my results. They said it was finished. I called my dr and looked on the site for the results and nothing. My dr said they put in a note saying there wasnt enough of a sample. Ok so i scheduled for a redraw. I had car troubles so they rescheduled me. The new person never showed up. Today, a Sunday, im only able to text with them. Whoever i spoke with has a horrible extremely unprofessional attitude and wouldnt even give me the name of who I was texting me and kept threatening me that theyd cancel my entire appointment, which was paid for. I told them i liked to reschedule and no answer. Whoever is running the text line needs to be reprimanded.
