      I only had a phone consultation with *****. ***** told me my results and said she would email me a flyer explaining what my family would need their doctor to do do they may get tested. Have yet to receive the flyer but its only been one day. Wondering if I can get the results emailed also. ***** was very informative and easy to talk to. She answered my questions professionally and easily.

      I really wanted to love the Nateta, my sister had the most wonderful experience with them. It took four weeks for me to get my results back. My sister advised me to call them and basically harass them to get my information. It turns out, my report had been completed on July 26, I did not receive the information until August 10. The information went to my doctor, my doctor thought I received a copy also since I was the one requesting the information. I did not. When I found on August 10, I contacted Nateta and asked for an email copy of MY information. After being transferred three times Natera demanded I complete a privacy consent form and send, in addition to the form, a copy of my license; all this to obtain my own medical information. I finally received my copy via email. My sister was astonished, she had an entirely different experience. My sister received her information directly and gave a copy to her doctor.Now, I am begging Nateta to **** my insurance company. They say they are behind in the billing department. I dont and never have run my own company but if I did, the one department I would ensure was fully staffed, would be accounts receivable because you wanna get your money! I would like my insurance company charged ASAP to ensure everything is covered because I dont want to be surprised six months from now with a ****. Also, dont under any circumstances leave your name and number and expect a return call, you will not receive one.POSITIVES:The result of the genetic testing was extremely comprehensive. I have full confidence in the lab.The genetic counselor, KP, was extremely knowledgeable.My take: the administrative staff is underpaid, inadequately trained and understaffed. I cant blame any of the employees I dealt with they honestly seemed to be doing their best with the resources they had at their disposal. By all means use Nateta as long as you have no administrative needs youre good to go!

      I loved having someone come to my home instead of driving an hour to an hour & a half away to have a blood draw. It helps a lot, especially for patients who are sick.

      Charged our HSA Debit Card twice for the same service and despite multiple call and texts and customer service reps, still no credit for the $249.00. Terrible customer service, will never use again. Disputing with out healthcare provider to reverse the charges. Even if you respond - I DON'T BELIEVE YOU

      I had 2 panorama tests with Natera. They posted my results as high risk with potential for triploidy 13 & 18. The test was not accurate since they were not able to collect enough DNA fraction. These false result put me in a frenzy. I had to have an ultrasound to determine everything was ok with the baby. Instead of Natera retesting prior to posting results they posted to be able to **** the insurance. This caused extreme stress and anxiety. Maternal medicine doctor let us know this has been an issue the last 4 months. I would not recommend this test for accuracy. They based results of an algorithm instead of actual DNA. Just received my second set of results and its the same thing.!

      Billing and payment is deceptive. Charge was $250 if I paid up front due to discounted rate without insurance. I called to inquire about billing my insurance and was told it would **** at $500, not my discounted rate of $250. Due to cancer, I am at point my insurance coverage is at 100%. So I am required to have it run thru insurance first. My insurance was billed $1999 not $500 and even tho my insurance paid a negotiated rate of $860 I was still billed $215 as a remaining balance on a charge that was not to be more than $500. I escalated with Natera as they received a larger payment than I was to be billed, I should have a zero balance. They denied it. Medical offices and insurance providers need to be aware as this is an unsatisfactory resolution.

      Despite having a contract with a fixed price with my clinic for genetic testing, Natera kept sending me bills for triple the amount agreed on the contract. I contacted customer support, who was extremely rude and condescending and they proceeded to blame my clinic and for ordering the wrong test and insisted they billed me the correct amount. My clinic confirmed Natera was wrong and as far as I know they are not working with Natera anymore. I ended up calling again until I got someone else willing to listen to fix the issue and void the outstanding balances. Poor logistics and even worse customer service.
