      I had to get my washer and fridge worked on and they came in a timely manner explained the process and took care of my needs love working with this company

      I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and even purchased the Loyalty Program for plumbing and **/Heating. However, the past few years have been a constant disappointment with the poor customer service and the inefficient technicians that take way to long to show up. I've tried talking with management and upper management but to no avail. This past incident was detrimental to my elderly parents health because the ** stopped and the house was heating up to 90 degrees. I was calling repeatedly BEGGING for help only to be told they couldn't confirm a time when someone could or even if they could come. I left several messages for upper management **** **** to call me back but got no response. I couldn't take care of both my bed bound father and my wheelchair bound mother so I took my Mom to a neighbor's house, she gave me a $50 coupon for Radiant, within an hour they sent someone to the house. That technician went straight to the capacitor and found it was completely drained. The *** Loyalty program sent a technician one month prior May 14th to do a ** maintenance check and either didn't check the capacitor or didn't know what he was doing because there is no way I could have drained it in one month. This was a terrible mistake that could have endangered my parents and *** was just so casual and indifferent to it. I know I left a lot of monetary credit on the *** Loyalty Program but I don't care! Nothing is worth being ignored and constantly treated like I'm stupid.

      Stay the heck away from these ***s. Totally loser company. They came out to fix a GFI outleT. They showed up without the right part. A freaking GFI outlet. The uninterested service *** said he would be right back. That was three weeks ago. And then they charge me for service call. I use to be a steady customer. Something happened to the management. Really unhappy employees. I could contest this, but I have more important things to worry about. I really don't want any of them in my home. This is a ****** learned. All I can do is warn you off and hope you learn from my experience

      My elderly, almost 90 yo father had the most unpleasant experience with ABC Home & Commercial Services ******************** My parents are not on social media, so they used BBB's A+ rating of *** to pick them to fix their upstairs shower that suddenly stopped working. *** offered a $70 visit to access the problem, my dad was told the external part he needs replacing ($7-$13 in local stores and Amazon) is in the vehicle and can be fixed immediately. Dad agreed, was charged $352. The next day shower was again not working. Dad called ABC, a different person said complete fix will be $1824, dad said he needs a second opinion. Another company came to look and give a quote and dad didn't tell them something was already done, just that shower is not working. The young man explained that the external part replacement will not work, and after some available discounts fixed all in 1.5 hours for $644. My dad contacted ***, asked for his money back for zero fix job. *** asked for all the documentation from the second company that fixed the shower, which my dad provided, then "generously" gave dad $100 back. When dad complained that he was charged for nothing and feels like they took advantage of him, *** told him he should have stayed with them to complete the fix for $1800+ and they would have counted the $352 towards it, but now he is just trying to get out of paying what's due to them! Upset, I posted dad's experience on Nextdoor to recommend the second company and every single person who responded shared bad experience with ***! Many similar stories of being charged or quoted ridiculously high amounts, many stories of *** not fixing the problem. Not one person had anything good to say about ***, only reasons why they will never use *** again.

      ***** is the best Technician!He is professional, thorough and makes great recommendations to help keep our home bug free.Thank you *** scheduling crew for granting our request to send ***** to take care of our quarterly residential service. We appreciate it!Definitely recommend *** for residential pest control as well as other home projects like installing flooring. tree removal, and electrical work.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ***! They will use verbal jiujitsu and gaslighting to s**** you out of money and sign you up for more services than you had asked. Trying to resolve these issues will be a nightmare. I cant believe a company can get a way with these types of practices.

      I'm cancelling my HVAC service plan and will not conduct any future business with ****On Friday, September 27th, one of their drivers ran the red light at 2222 and Mesa, and would have killed me if I had pulled out when my light turned green. The truck was going so fast, I couldn't get the license number, but did manage to clearly see the *** name on the side of the truck (they're hard to miss).I can't do business with a company that fails to train their drivers in safe driving. I guess they're waiting until one of them kills someone.******* *******

      We have the pest control services and have used them for lawn services, AC and plumbing and we love them and the technicians!

      The WORST. Husband ordered an item for my birthday and made sure to get it before Black Friday craziness so it wouldnt sell out. Gave it to me on my birthday (31 days later) and it had a crack. So sad! We called that day and they said sorry! Our return window is 30 days..) SO insanely disappointed. We just want an exchange, no refund. Will never buy from this place again.

      Been a customer of theirs since ****. It usually has been good service. I get lawn services through them. The do a aeration service annually. They weren't able last year due to a new lawn just put in. This year they claim it was done this past May which it wasn't. They say they are "doing it for free". It comes with my service however. They are getting increasingly hard to deal with and get them lined up correctly to come at the appropriate time of year.
