      There was a bit of miscommunication between myself and ******* that came out to discuss our needs. All we needed was a yard clean up after our renters moved out and to trim back and remove a few plants. They accidentally removed 3 ********* sages in the front beds and left the front bare. When I heard back from ******* regarding this mistake all I got was a my apologies. No offer to replace the almost 2.5 year old shrubs. And although I didnt make an issue of it, seems like poor customer service on their part.

      Go elsewhere! Do not go with this company. I was under the impression Id receive ********************** for a residential upfront fee to cover 1 year but not so. Now, I get a bill stating I owe for monthly services ( 4 months). I was told the money I paid ($300+) was only for initial service and then it was monthly. No way I wouldve agreed. I shoulda stayed with the last company but they were more expensive. That was a mistake! I never went thru this c*** *** Home and Residential ????????????????

      I had them come out because of a raccoon in my attic. I was told I would save all kinds of money if I agreed to this contract to come quarterly. Tech told me not to cancel till I had the first visit. So I sent them a message and told them to cancel only to be told their policy was I had to give 30-day notice and would still be charged for a visit even if it did not take place. Just find someone else who does not use these types of practices to force you into something you don't want or need.

      My complaint is with the plumbing ***** Call 2weeks ago to insure l would get a morning appt . was set for a morning appt come ****pm no plumber are a phone call l had to reach out to them all l got was l am so sorry they are still on another job running behind. I have used this company for over ten years yard service, painting and other things l have notice the service is getting bad my yard half done and you constantly have to call them to see if anyone coming out I just think it's sad that I sit here for morning appointment and here it is 1:30 and no one has arrived so the service is to me has gone down and the prices up
