    I purchased the Bella Sleep PRO (2025) earbuds on March 12, 2025. When I received them and used them, one of the earbuds keeps unpairing and only lasts for 3 hours max. I reported this to their customer service and they provided me instructions to reset the earbuds. The solve did not work and I have been asking to return them. They said I could only return them for store credit but never gave me proof of store credit. I have been emailing them for over a month now and they keep jerking me around. This last time they stated they would send me their newest product that last for 8 hours free of charge. They created a shipping label on 4/30/25 but the product has yet to be received by ****. How can this company still be in business when they are unethical and taking consumer's money and not being liable for faulty products. I have requested many times to ship back the non-working product, but they don't respond to that request. I paid $149 plus tax and have a product that does not work. How can BBB help to get my money back?

    I ordered the Bella Sleep Pro 2025 sleep ear buds on 4/7/25. The ear buds are advertised to help you Sleep through the Night and the headphones only play for 6 hours max. I need an 8 hour play time. I paid $149.00 for the first pair and $74.50 for the 2nd pair. The earbuds also do not fit correctly. It leaves a gap in my ear canal allowing sound to enter the ear canal. This is counterproductive to what I am trying to achieve. They do offer a smaller ear buds but it also only has a 6 hour play time. Need 8 hour play time. They only issue store credits and do not have any other products that will work in my situation. They also sell under multiple names.Luluum, Bella Sleep Company, and Bonamour. Is this a legit company?? They refuse to issue a refund.

    I purchased my sleep earbuds 11/01/2024. There website says the sleep library is updates monthly. I have sent over 20 emails to this company requesting advise as to how to update my sleep library. I have my original 38 sleep tracks. I have only received two responses, last one telling me 25 tracks will be dropping this week and to reach out if I still haven't received anything. I emailed again and still no response. There is zero customer service! How do I get someone to respond to me? The phone number listed is a recording saying to email them. Thank you for looking into this matter.Regards,*** ********

    I purchased a pair of sleep earbuds on 02/18/2025 for $199.00. Received them on 03/10/2025. I ordered the Bonamour Pro XS. After using these only one time, I cannot use them again. These earbuds are very painful, even though I ordered the extra small. I cannot sleep on my side, as they state in their advertising. Not only are they painful, but they do not work properly. One earbud stops working off and on, needing to repair the earbuds constantly. I would like a refund on these, as there is no other option for me to receive a different pair, these are the smallest ones available. Store credit will not work for me in this case, but have been told no refunds. This is unacceptable for the price I paid. I cannot use these earbuds.

    My transaction was completed on March 16. The company website boasts on several pages that they ship immediately, within 3-5 days. It is March 24 and my tracking number still has not moved from "pre-shipment" which only occurred March 21. I reached out to the company to question this and cancel my order and was told the order had shippped. As of the moment I'm writing this, it has not. The company does not offer a way to cancel my order nor do they accept returns. They will offer me an exchange or company credit - all they offer is this product which, assuming I ever receive, I no longer want due to their false shipping promises.

    I purchased the Bella sleep pro ear buds that were supposed to come with a free app to help with sleep. The app was not included. I cant reach the company.This was a scam offer, and I would like my money back. I did not receive what I bought.

    I have reached out to **************************************************************************** for technical assistance to set up the ear buds and program, but they will not call me and walk me through it. I have requested information on their return policy but they won't respond to this either. I am a senior citizen and wanted the ear buds to drown out noisy neighbors who wake me up slamming SUV doors and setting and disarming their car alarms. This poor customer service is why I want to return the ear buds and get a full refund. Should I return them to the ****** or ****** address?

    I purchased earbuds from this company on 01/18/2025 I received them 01/24/2025.After charging them all day, they held a charge for 4.75 hours. They are advertised as holding a charge for 8 hours of continuous us.I contacted customer service and was told that I ordered the 6 hour earbuds. I sent them a screenshot from the page I ordered from which clearly states 8 hours. I got a response saying, yes that is what you ordered. You ordered the 6 hour ones. So the person is contradicting themselves.

    Product was purchases and this company REFUSES to offer a refund. They made an 'exception' of 75% plus shipping charges. These are EARBUDS that severly hurt my ears and they refuse to offer a fully refund of the cost despite being used once and having original packing. They claim they have this policy on the website which has to be dug out to review. They offer a contact number which simply hangs up on you and then tells you to email. They have one customer service *** that response who is sadly rude. (attached) I simply want a refund of my purchase.
